While we were in Minsk, we stopped by for breakfast.
Great food, delicious coffee, pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff.
I tried avocado toast with salmon and it was perfect for the flavor combination. I was pleased with the quantity and quality of fish in the dish.
The young man ordered cheesecakes, but did not have time to take a photo, ate it quickly and also shared positive reviews.
A great place for breakfast and more.

Sooooo nice and unusual. Really delicious drinks. Clean and tidy. There is a VCE. They don't skimp on ingredients. Highly recommend it. At first, I wanted to steal the star because of the slowness of the staff, then I saw that the intern was being trained on weekends. Well done! Do a network one! Bravo)

For many years now, my favorite coffee shop in Minsk. Coffee from roast.by , always fresh and interesting grain. A pleasant discount system. The barista is on top, high-class professionals. You can have fun yourself, or you can invite guests/colleagues. The location is convenient for me - far from public transport and the metro, which somewhat restricts the flow and makes the atmosphere more homely, or something. There are all kinds of pastries. Another pleasant moment, they try to keep the price at the lowest possible level, the price/ quality ratio is excellent

I was upset that the lids do not fit well on large glasses : (
I do not understand how the administration and staff of the coffee shop have not noticed this so far. every time I come with the hope of changing this flaw, and every time I am disappointed. Rust, please buy suitable lids for the glasses🙏🏻

We picked up our order of freshly roasted grain coffee at the coffee shop. They didn't drink coffee in the coffee shop, because they were in a hurry to go home to try fresh grains in a new coffee machine)) We brought macaroni with us, big and delicious! I leave a review after we tried all 3 types of ordered coffee and all turned out to be very tasty, we are satisfied.

The best freshly roasted coffee in Belarus. I can't describe it any other way. I've been buying only from them for the last 5 years. Almost always in grains, sometimes I ask you to grind them if you need a funnel. The choice of varieties is very large. I don't know much about them, I just take different ones and they are almost always delicious, except for the strange ones that are very sour or very bitter.

I caught an unpleasant scene: the receptionist (it seems) was scolding the barista long enough for me to notice. I don't know what the problem was, but it looked toxic from the outside and spoiled the atmosphere. I don't think this is the right method of dealing with employees, especially in front of the guests. In the same area, I like to go to the cooking shop, for comparison, the administrator there always helps and encourages employees, even if something does not work out. This makes the mood even better

But that's okay, I work from home, so it's not a problem. But, for them, "in advance" means that the courier will call already at the entrance, that is, in 5-10 minutes))). I missed the courier's call, was at a meeting, called him back 19 minutes after he called me once, and, of course, he had already left))). I don't know how their coffee is, it's probably delicious, and the organization of work processes is at a very low level. It's a pity, I was hoping for a long-term cooperation).
