We bought a ring as a gift, made a mistake in the size, wrote on Instagram with an explanation that we wanted to either change or return the ring. To which we were rudely answered that, according to the law, the goods are not subject to exchange and return. Customer orientation is on top.. The seller could have at least warned you. We will study about the law on weekdays. I don't care about the money, but he can at least learn to warn about such things.
