The mattresses in the rooms are very soft, my back hurts.
Noise and songs outside the window until 4 a.m., if the windows overlook Zybitskaya, there are bars that will not let you fall asleep.
The restaurant is delicious, but the waiters are completely unfriendly, especially men and there is a very small selection of dishes.

Отель в самом центре. Персонал вежливый. Номера уютные, но маленькие. Всё очень чисто и свежо. Кондиционеры в номерах. В номерах тихо, соседей не слышно. Минус, при высокой цене за проживание за всё нужно доплачивать. За питание (завтраки) и стоянку платится отдельно и довольно много.

Отдыхали в данном отеле в сентябре 2023. Останавливались в будние дни. Окна выходили на реку, в номере было очень тихо. Возможно в выходные дни, в некоторых номерах будет шумновато, у нас такой проблемы не было. Но отель находиться на самой веселой, молодежной и очень красивой улице Минска!
Отель и персонал, располагают к себе с первых минут, уходить не хочется.
Номер современный, новый. Идеально чистый, с удобной кроватью и белоснежным бельем.
Сантехника работает без нареканий, имеется климат контроль в номерах.
Девочки на ресепшене рассказали, что в стоимость номера входит сауна, а также скидка 20% на ресторан, если оплата при выезде.
Да кстати, парковка имеется, но она за дополнительную плату, 10 бел руб.
Отель замечательный, для меня, на сегодняшний день в Минске, он самый лучший по соотношению стоимость/качество/расположение.
Однозначно рекомендую и точно вернусь снова.

2. Poisoned by food at the hotel (on May holidays), either breakfast or lunch. The reaction of the hotel staff was 0, I called an ambulance. It was only after a call from the Minsk city Infectious Diseases hospital that they started to move (they were very scared of the check).

If you are energetic and fervent, you are definitely here. A wonderful hotel with cozy, elegant rooms. It is very important which room you book. If the windows are on Zybitskaya Street, then you are guaranteed fun until the morning. If you are traveling with children, be sure to book a room with windows to the courtyard. A decent breakfast. Friendly staff. The Internet is flying! This is important because there are problems with communication and Internet outside the hotel.

Rested in this hotel for 2 nights in a room with a view of the river-not noisy! Friends stayed in a room with a street view - it's very noisy at night. The hotel is fresh, well renovated and modern. The rooms are small but cozy. Very bad breakfast. In the evening, cocktails were prepared in the bar for a sooo long time.

Современный отель в самом центре города. Красивые номера с прекрасным дизайном, очень комфортными кроватями, халатами-тапочками и блэкаут шторами. Находится на барной улице, где вечером и ночью тусит половина Минска и грохочет музыка. Просите номера с видом на внутренний двор, если хотите тишины. Есть свой паркинг за 50 бел руб в сутки. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные день ото дня. Персонал приятный.

If you want to feel the sensations of living in a very small room with chipboard furniture, one hand towel and one "for everything", a glass door to the bathroom, tiny boards nailed to the wall next to the bed, replacing bedside tables, a virtually absent corridor at the entrance (shoes apparently need to be carried under the bed), a tiny wardrobe for there are no outerwear next to the bed (there is no hallway) and the LACK of heating in the room (instead, it is proposed to warm up with a condom), the floor is NOT heated in the bathroom, THERE is NO heated towel rail, then you can pay about 10,000 Russian rubles and experience it all. None of the reviews indicate that THERE is NO heating, NO underfloor heating in the shower and bathroom, NO heated towel rail. Is this the first winter in Minsk???????

Хорошо расположение отеля! В отеле приветливый персонал. Очень удобно для инвалидов-колясочников. Рядом в разные стороны ходит общественный транспорт. Единственный минус очень шумно вечерами и ночью, но при сильной усталости шум вообще не слышно.

Naturally, they got about 90 bel.rubles more. After a consultation of the reception staff, they still noticed that my son is 7 years old and breakfast is free for him. Then the work of the reception itself is impossible to get through!!! Parking is paid, in order to enter it on a weekend, you need to call the reception, it is not possible to do this. Two numbers ran out of money after listening to the answering machine for 10 minutes, roaming. The situation was not pleasant, after me, a queue had already gathered at the barrier, the taxi driver almost with his fists at me so that I would already drive away. I had to spin around the center again while I called my mom in the room and asked her to contact the reception. Do you think she got through? No!!! I had to go down to them. I call her again, she hands the phone to the staff, they still open the barrier. I stop by, I go angry to them. Two girls are standing, smiling. I ask what is the problem? Answer:We had a check-in and we're not picking up the phone. And it's not their problem that I didn't get through. That's it!
