We went to robotics for a year, and Scratch for a year. Last year, back in August, I called and expressed interest in classes at certain schools (near home). As a result, classes started there, but no one informed us about it. When I found out that the group was already engaged, there were no places for us in this group, I agreed to go to another inconvenient branch of Robolab. She asked to transfer us to a convenient one at the first opportunity during the year (the course is the same, children usually drop out) - no one called back. This year, the situation repeated itself: booking in August, silence, a reminder of yourself in October - and voila, the group we are interested in has already had the 3rd lesson! I asked why it happened - they couldn't explain. That's the kind of disregard with armor for regular paying customers. They didn't even bother to apologize. There was a huge sediment and internal resistance to basically study with them.
