Their products did not meet my expectations and although I returned the product undamaged and completely within the scope of the 14-day withdrawal right, they refused to return it on grounds that did not reflect the reality, such as 'packaging/box damage'. During this process, I saw that they do not attach importance to customer satisfaction and there is no refund acceptance culture. i have been shopping online for 15-20 years, this is the first time I have encountered such a situation.
