The territory is quite large and well maintained. There seems to be a gym, but there is a track, an ellipse and an exercise bike, apparently not working. There are no dumbbells or barbells.
Infrastructure - it is better to bring beach towels with you. With a rock plus, we managed to find them on the second day, without a rock plus, some did not see them the whole vacation. With a rock plus, it even turned out to change them a week later to "new" ones.
There is a drip coffee maker in the rooms, but there is no coffee, there are also no spoons, only glasses and cups.
Water is provided for 1.5 liters per room. You can always fill an empty bottle with water in any bar.
There are no toothpastes and brushes in the rooms, I'm not sure about shampoos, I don't think there was either.
It makes sense to take thermal mugs with you, cocktails, beer and water are poured into them in bars. It's very convenient on the beach.
The sea is excellent, the water is clean. At low tide, you can swim to the second can, there is generally azure and beauty.
Sand tends not to burn your feet even at noon.
The sand is pretty fucked up - gobies and plastic cups. They clean so-so. In my opinion, it's mostly Cubans who shit.
There are enough sun beds.
The contingent is 30% of ours, 30 Canadians, 30 Cubans, the rest are Germans, Poles and all sorts of others. Cubans come en masse for the weekend.
Alcohol - ice+rum+something to eat and beer (not a bad lager) cocktails are constantly available Sometimes there was dry wine, champagne.
Food is a horror. A buffet is available without a rock plus. Omelet in the morning, chicken legs, pork -lunch and evening.
It's the same with rock plus, but in a separate restaurant with air conditioning and serving. There are few vegetables, cheeses and local ham.
There were watermelons and mangoes.
In short, I would have brought something to chew with me, like doshiraks and crackers.
The coffee in the coffee bar is good.
Shops: there are souvenirs on site, not very diverse, but the price is the same as in Varadero and cheaper than at the airport.
There are cigarettes, local, from $ 3 per pack of Popular. There are cigars, the guide says, the price tag is quite good. Rum in the store to choose from, 20-30 euros.
Money: it is better to carry dollars, sometimes they recalculate prices in euros as 1.1 in dollars, but in most cases 1 to 1.

My family and I have only been at the hotel for a couple of days, but we already like everything. Very beautiful and well-maintained territory, quite large. Several bars, 2 a la carte restaurants, a small snack, even ice cream is provided. The food in the main restaurant is quite good, the staff is friendly and friendly, there is animation on the beach, not by the pool. They asked to change the number, they changed it without any problems. We will return here with pleasure.

Food is terrible. Chicken and rice. Cucumbers without taste, green tomatoes. Throw away salads, sauces as if someone had vomited. The cheese is delicious, the ham is good. No pasta, no potatoes. Desserts are always the same, but under different creams. The ice cream is great. Well, it's just sadness and longing. Take mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard with you. There is never any of this. The rum is gorgeous, the beer is delicious, it's better not to try the rest.
The staff is friendly. They love money, but Canadians beat us, they give $1 and above for everything in the world. They are adored. Therefore, I did not interfere and gave in))))
The beach is the best of all the neighboring 500 meters in both directions.

The hotel is well maintained, although not new. You don't have to eat one meal at a time, but there is always chicken, meat, and sometimes fish. It is better to have lunch at the beach, there is a choice, and the first is better. We stopped at the hotel on 06/15/2024, settled into a room at 1120, the room is large, but the cockroaches in it are huge!!! beach towels could be received only on the third day, the safe does not work, the master was called, they tried to fix it all day, as a result, they promised that tomorrow would work, but tomorrow came, and the safe, alas, does not work (((if you do not come to the table for dinner or lunch, then there is practically no food there is no remaining and very dirty dishes, but, of course, there are also advantages: it is a clean, beautiful, well-groomed, green area and a beautiful beach. Wonderful location , the beach is within walking distance. The beach is gorgeous sandy, the entrance to the water is comfortable, sun beds. Now about the cons: even in the renovated buildings, everything is very tired, stains on furniture, bed linen with holes, already grayed. There are dirty dishes in the dining room, the food leaves much to be desired. The pool is dirty, I didn't even dare to swim in it, and it's unpleasant to be near the pool-the smell of chlorine hits my nose. The sun beds on the beach are also broken, bent. The attitude of the staff is twofold: everyone seems to be smiling, but everyone is waiting for a tip. The room is cleaned every day, but, again, the degree of tidiness depends on the tips or gifts left.

Vacationed at this hotel from mid-October 2023 to the end of October 2023. Very large and beautiful territory of the hotel, several gardeners are constantly working. The beach and the ocean are just incredibly awesome! I lived in building 5, room 502 - a nice, large and bright room, the plumbing is new and clean. The bed linen is clean, the room is cleaned every day. The towels were stained. I was not hungry for food, for lunch and dinner there was always fish, pork, beef, lamb, chicken in various types of cooking. But the Cuban cuisine is simply nothing, either everything is over-salted or under-salted. There are no spices at all. Of the fruits, small bananas, small pineapples and guava were very tasty. Watermelons are full of garbage, like red, black seeds, but watermelons don't taste like anything. Very often, plates that seem to be clean are actually dirty. Greasy, poorly washed. This is a huge minus. In the evening there is no normal alcohol in the bar, everything is drunk by the guests and sleep....but/stolen by bartenders. Bartenders are not shy of anyone and sell alcohol to hotel guests. Hotel guides Marta and Leah are not client-oriented at all, it seems to me they don't care if they take excursions from them or not. But all the disadvantages of the hotel are blocked by the ocean! He is incredibly beautiful and always different!

It is necessary to compare Cuban 4* with each other, without comparing them with Egyptian or Turkish ones. The motto of holidays in Cuba is "to understand, accept, forgive."
- the beach is good, the ocean is beautiful
- cocktails in the hotel bars are made in different ways depending on the bartender, probably.
- there is a shortage of beach towels, it is not possible to take them the first time
-the rooms are renovated, there are old ones (furniture like 3-4* in Cyprus, Greece). they settle everyone and everywhere, they didn't give anything when they settled in.
-the textiles are not white, the pillows are original, the mattresses are comfortable
- there were mosquitoes

A place of worship for Canadians, there are a lot of them here, they are served first. The room stock is very outdated, everything is leaking, broken. The area around is well maintained, there are no complaints. There are no beach towels, if I hadn't read the reviews and taken them with me, they would have just been lying on the sun beds. The sea and the beach are great, there are enough sun beds, considering that only Russians are on the beach, the rest hang out by the pool. And most importantly, the food!!! She's just disgusting. There is zero variety, from vegetables: cabbage, yellow carrots, orange carrots, green tomatoes (I don't understand why they should be plucked), just completely green. Omelet in the morning and pancakes every other day. And queues, queues, queues. Delicious ice cream, cocktails and coffee outside.

We were from 19.12..23 to 30.12.23. We flew through Havana by Covias. Comfortable seating on the plane, the distance between the seats is sufficient, good hot meals (dinner, breakfast), juices, water is poured as much as necessary during the entire flight. The landings are excellent, both in Havana and in Moscow. Thanks to the pilots and flight attendants.
The hotel -- expected the best, still 4*. We arrived at 11 in the morning, waited for the room for about two hours, but we put on the bracelets right away, so we drank coffee, walked around the territory.
The territory of the hotel is beautiful, well maintained and has a great ocean, a large swimming pool, which was cold at that time. The sea was warmer than 26'. This is where all the advantages end.
The linen and towels in the rooms are terribly old. They asked to change it - it was useless, I had to accept it. Food for 3 ... there are few fish (they were given 3 times in 2 weeks). Everything is monotonous, a lot of rice of different colors (white, red, dark) meat - beef is not chewed at all, pork is delicious, chicken and lamb are rare. Green tomatoes, huge cucumbers. Of the fruits, watermelons (sometimes completely unripe - white,)pineapples are excellent (very sweet), papaya, guava - perhaps it is not the mango season.
Regarding alcohol... they pour without regret, but not always tasty, mostly swill. The beer is fine, but there is no wine or champagne. At lunch and dinner, they offer either water or beer. You have to go to a separate place for tea and coffee, they don't bring it to the restaurant.
Excellent food and wine were at dinner, on Christmas 24.12 (again, an additional fee was charged for it when buying the tour.)
In general, if you don't care what kind of linen to sleep on and what to eat, then you are here. And so we do NOT recommend the hotel, unless at a special price.

Twice in the morning the water was turned off, especially unpleasant on the day of departure, but the problem was solved at the reception. And the locks worked badly in both rooms, they just didn't open for 5 minutes. The food in the restaurant is monotonous and bland, there were not enough napkins and toothpicks. Animation is mainly evening dances of local ensembles, a disco for 1.5 hours at most to Cuban, not too rhythmic music. Russian music was coming from a nearby hotel. Practically no one danced. But that's not why we came here. The beach and the ocean are something indescribable. Van Love, as they say. We went on an excursion to Havana with a Russian-speaking guide (we took it from a local tour operator) on a retrovtomobile (a distance of 130 km), there is little history, otherwise everything is quite acceptable, the price is $ 200 for three, and for lunch you will definitely be taken to a basement-type restaurant where you will taste pina colada, incomprehensible soup (or salad), and lobster with rice, all this will cost 25 bucks. Would you come back to this hotel again? I think so.

The sockets in the hotel match ours, no adapter is needed. 2. During the first holidays, there were not enough sun beds, and next to the beach restaurant there was a stack of sun beds, according to the administrator, broken. Gentlemen, almost everything you do is broken or sagged in one way or another. This is done specifically so that people buy premium, I sat down on premium sunbeds and until beachboy found us 4 blue sunbeds next to us, I did not get up from the premium. I understand that this is not beautiful, but it was the only chance to get sun beds under an umbrella, and not burn in the 30 degree sun on the sand.
3. The Internet is constantly falling off, you have to go to the reception to ask to reconnect.
4. They asked to change our room, but at first they told us that all the suites were not renovated, but they offered to bring a 4th bed. Hooray for that. But they sent a letter to our travel agent that they couldn't find us, but they really wanted to relocate us. In short, the service at this hotel is very conditional, the girls at the reception are certainly trying, but the result is minimal.
5. We had 2 bottles of water in our room for 4 people, 0.5 each. Regardless of the tip. Take thermos cups with you, they pour both water and beer there
6. Room cleaning every day. The linen was not changed, the towels were changed. The first few days the towels were tired, then they brought new ones. They changed it every day. I didn't notice the difference in cleaning for money and sweets, so they left sweets
7. The dishes and cutlery in the dining room are dirty. Whole. I came with a napkin and antiseptic. Zilch zilch and I feel calm. Well, the cockroaches. Yes, they are in the rooms and in the dining room. They are noticeable every visit.
Conclusion. I found out everything about this hotel from reviews and from a telegram chat (search by the name of the hotel), so I was ready for anything. We chose based on our budget, so there were no surprises. Everything that is written in the reviews is true. Cuba is an amazing place where everyone will find what they are looking for. If you have experience of service in Turkey, Maldives... forget it, come to Cuba as if this is your first experience abroad.

There are not even brushes in the toilets both on site and in the rooms, almost no one washes them there, there is no toilet paper almost constantly, because the staff steals. Plumbing is constantly leaking, no one repairs it, applications left for repairs at the reception are partially fulfilled and then with difficulty. The food is constantly monotonous, except for breakfast, in principle, it is not possible to eat, they just cook some kind of mess.There was no tea at all. In restaurants, water is poured and served from the tap. When the lights are turned off, which often happens, nothing works in the rooms, respectively. Wi-Fi catches whenever and wherever it wants, constantly flies, authorization is constantly needed. The air conditioners work every other time.It is not clear what to pay such money for, except for dancing and music there is nothing. It is impossible to drink alcohol in bars, just a mess, only beer more or less and soft drinks.Good alcohol happens only in the lobby bar and then in the morning, then the bartender sells everything for money. There is only a female toilet by the pool and that disgusting one, there is supposedly a male one, but it is constantly closed and does not work.

Не рекомендую . Еда ужас , мы не привередливы , но отстустаие обычного хлеба на завтрак - напрягает . Все не вкусно, похоже на еду для свиней , ни огурцов , ни помидоров , в столовой видели тараканов прям на тарелках , за манго - драка . В номере плохо убирают . Первый номер был просто катастрофа : с муравьями и маленькими слизняками, которые залазили в одежду . Туалет постоянно течет , света нет , розетки не работают, телефон не работает. Апогей первого переселения - не работающая дверь . Переселили во второй - 1025 - сломался кондиционер !!!! Сказали собирать вещи и переселяться в третий !!! В Аля карт бризос просто ужас . Лобстер в куче типо паэльи , от которого воняет и страшно есть . Коктейли не делают . Наливают ананас сок и ром и это у них пинокалада . Территория и океан хорошие , но в этот отель не вернёмся и не посоветуем . Брали за 260 тыс на 12 ночей в июле .

Красивая, ухоженная территория, хороший пляж, приветливый персонал, бармены, но! Если ты не оставляешь чаевые, то отношение к тебе может быть не самым лучшим. Если ты стоишь в очереди на бар, а рядом европеев или канадец, то тебя могут просто проигнорировать.. Тарелки в ресторане могут быть не самыми чистыми. Если вы чистоплюй, то вам точно не сюда. Еды достаточно, голодными не уйдете. Уборка в номере хорошая. Испанцы очень приветливые. Персонал на ресепшене очень приятный, знают и русский немного)) сейф платный - 2$ в сутки. Интернет есть, входит в стоимость отеля, но периодически нужно идти продлять его.

Отель -беда! Не рекомендую. Заселение прошло быстро. Но и прилетели под ночь. Про приглашение на ужин и не заикнулись. Вообще с русским языком плохо. Номер, территория и пляж шикарные. Персонал приветливый и видно стараются. На этом всё хорошее закончилось.
Карточки: в номер попадешь через раз. Почему то размагничиваются. Вторая вообще не работает. Либо одна, либо другая. Сейфы - платные. Привязываются всё к той же карте. За пару недель сменил 15 штук.
Теперь самый мрак: столовая/ресторан, здесь самое дно! Есть не чего!!! Капуста, зеленые помидоры и ещё тыква. Если удалось выстоять в очереди и отхватить мясо, рано радоваться, оно будет сырым либо не прогрызаемым!!! Они ссылаются на дефицит, но и готовить из того что есть не желают. Отвратительный отель. Ищите в других странах. Оно того не стоит!!!

Мило, уютно, прекрасный пляж и великолепное море. Традиционное кубинское радушие, везити шоколадки, сами захотите угощать этих милых людей. Убирают и меняют полотенца ежедневно. Питание зависит видимо от смены поваров, первую неделю вкусно, а вторую вроде все тоже самое, но уже не то. Кормят и наливают без ограничений. Бассейн нормальный, шезлонгов много.

Отдыхаю в этом отеле. С океаном, пляжем, территорией отеля, обслуживанием - все в порядке, НО с едой - беда, и с ассортиментом, и с количеством. Может, сказывается колоссальный дефицит продуктов в Республике, поскольку в пунктах питания отеля - постоянные очереди. Отчасти это связано с тем, что еду на тарелки персонал накладывает самостоятельно (есть определённый плюс: на тарелках остаётся меньшее количество недоеденных продуктов), поэтому подойти за 5 небольшими кусочками папайи в одни руки придётся несколько раз. Полагаю, что такое ресторанное обслуживание - соблюдение ковидных мер... Бывает интерес пойти в ресторан, чтобы посмотреть, что приготовили нового и вкусного, но это не здесь. Ставлю тройку исключительно за вкуснейший свежий хлеб (заслужить который нужно, отстояв в очереди, и хлеб не относится к иной "вчерашней" выпечке) и восхитительный манговый сок.

Шикарный отель, те кто пишет отрицаловки походу в нем не были пхах, всего в достатке, если чего то нет то принесут минут через 10. Нлмера получше Измира на мой взгляд, море огонь, креветок , лобстеров наелся на год :) тематика Рока ! Классика

Отдыхаем сейчас в этом отеле. Пишу с прекрасного чистого и очень красивого пляжа. Море очень тёплое, купаться одно удовольствие.
Территория отеля большая и очень Зеленая.
Большой бассейн.
Все отлично.
Номера большие удобные, правда нет шкафа, вещи можно только повесить.
Во всех номерах балконы.
Относительно свежий ремонт.
Еда не очень, сок гуавы вкусный коктейли конечно тоже по системе all inclusive не на высший бал.
Но ребята мы едем в путешествия не за поесть и напиться.
В остальном Куба прекрасно, не даром мой папа говорил, что здесь одни из самых красивых пляжей.

I had a rest in November 2023. I liked everything. I watched a lot of videos about Cuba, I was preparing for the worst. Of course, this is not Turkey or even Egypt, the Cubans are trying because of their mentality. The ocean is gorgeous, the sand is clean. In terms of nutrition, you will not stay hungry. Every day chicken, meat, fish, pasta, rice. For breakfast, eggs in various forms, yoghurts, milkshakes, cereals. Of the cons, there are cockroaches and small ants in the rooms, but we got used to them somehow quickly, and in fact we only slept in the room at night. I really liked the animation, there was even a rock concert. Of the excursions, I recommend a trip to Havana. For those who want to dance at night, I recommend the Havana Club, which is 10 minutes away by car.

Очень хороший отель. Большая территория, при этом все очень доступно. Много зелени на территории. Очень комфортная пляжная зона и особенно выход к ней. Шикарный вид на пляж и океан из открытого ресторана возле пляжа. При условии малой заселённости в отеле выбор еды не велик, но еда на высшем качестве. Очень дружелюбный персонал.

Мы не пожалели, что полетели отдыхать на Кубу. И очень удачно выбрали отель - ROC ARENAS DORADAS.
Нам всё понравилось! Очень красивая территория! Много зелени, цветов, птиц и маленьких забавных ящерок.
Удивительной красоты пляж и океан. Я такой прозрачной и красивой воды никогда не видела! Удобные лежаки. Напитки из бара приносили прямо к лежаку. На пляже можно было бесплатно 30 минут покататься на катамаране или каяке. За 20 евро на большом катамаране предлагали экскурсию на риф.
А еще проводили уроки танцев. Это было весело.
По вечерам интересные концерты. Пару раз смотрели, понравилось. Но мы старались ложиться пораньше, чтобы пораньше проснуться на пляж.
На территории есть магазин и сувенирная лавка.
В номере все работало исправно. Он был огромный с удобной большой кроватью. Номер был на первом этаже и выходил на соседний отель, поэтому была тишина и уединенность. Если бы мы захотели второй этаж, нам бы поменяли. Но нас устроил и первый. Персонал отеля очень внимательный и отзывчивый. Всегда готовы были помочь или пояснить информацию. Помогли с фотосессией.
Убирали чисто, всегда была новая большая бутылка с водой.
Еда в отеле хорошая, вкусная с большим выбором фруктов. Много морепродуктов.
Вкусное мороженное и пирожные. Кроме рома, было вино, пиво и различные безалкогольные напитки. В кофе-баре делают очень вкусный кофе! На ужин было шампанское.
Wi –fi был отличный!
Очень красивый бассейн с баром. Еще был бар на пляже. Коктейли все делают очень разные, но все очень вкусные.
Самый большой плюс отеля – это его персонал. Очень хорошие люди!
Не смотря на то, что экскурсий из-за закрытых областей было очень мало, нам не было скучно!
Теперь очень хочется вернуться, когда откроют страну и можно будет попутешествовать по всему острову.

На Кубе были первый раз, поэтому сравнить с другими отелями не могу. Отель очень уютный, территория не очень большая, но хорошо все сделано. Еда, как и везде на Кубе, так себе, как будто не умеют готовить, хотя продукты в отеле есть. Когда под обед берёшь в баре немного вкуснейшего рома, все встаёт на свои места) Персонал очень добродушный, хотят угодить. Даже когда кубинцы отдыхали в отеле, они сигареты не стреляли, а просили поменять на свои. В общем, советую всем слетать на Кубу!

Замечательный отель!!! Очень вежливый персонал, красивая территория, разнообразная кухня, новые номера, ежедневная уборка, живописный выход к океану. Остались только положительные эмоции, несомненно рекомендую к посещению!

Отличный отель, вполне соответствует своим звёздам. Глупо ехать на Кубу и ожидать пищевое изобилие, как в Турции. Но и голодными не останетесь: шикарные манго, рис разных видов, рыба, курица. На завтрак яйца, сыр, колбаса, хлопья, йогурт. Вообщем ни взрослые, ни 8-летний ребёнок не голодали. Номера чистые, места у бассейна всегда были. Ну а океан и пляж- это теперь наша новая любовь!

Рекомендую для отдыха. Чистый, уютный, свежий номерной фонд; большая территория; бассейн с баром; свой пляж с шикарным океаном, тоже своим; вкусный и разнообразный «шведский стол»; анимация; зелёная территория; вежливый персонал.

Очень понравилось всё. Океан волшебный, пляж чистый, лежаков в достатке. Отель тоже понравился. Были конечно кое-какие замечания, но они настолько мизерные по сравнению с общими впечатлениями о Кубе, что я прям мечтаю ещё раз съездить. И выберу скорее всего этот отель.)

The hotel, by European standards, is no more than 2 stars. Bed linen and towels have not been changed in 11 days. Food is scarce, but who flies to Cuba to eat. The Atlantic Ocean and rum will create a wonderful holiday. There are no problems with the Internet. If it wasn't for the long flight, I would have returned😊

Ребята,я не знаю кто пишет хорошие отзывы...скажу честно,сейчас отдыхаем в этом отеле.Еда просто отвратительная и это огромный минус.Приложу фото.На завтрак можно покушать омлет,который на 3 день уже надоедает.На обед дают переработанный завтрак и якобы пасту которую делают из непонятного соуса и добавляют сыр и не вкусную колбасу,ещё жарят на гриле креветки и рыбу(рыба не потрашеная,поэтому горькая)ужин это отдельная тема.Дают переработанный завтрак и обед,понятно что экономят на еде но это через чур.Кушать вобще нечего.Дают типо»пиццу» и «пасту»это просто капец.Еда- больная тема в этом отеле.
Море очень красивое,территория отличная,алкоголь- достойный.Стоит поехать только ради природы.Но мы не прогадали когда взяли с собой колбасу,ролтон и тушенку🤣Смешно,но без этого никуда.Анимация только до обеда: волейбол и урок танца.Вечером скукота полнейшая.Людей очень мало,из за этого дают хорошие номера,дкухкомнатные.В общем кто хочет ехать сюда,запасайтесь едой,иначе будете голодные.

Куба, это одно большое счастье!
Отель roc arenas dorados (золотые пески) очень гостеприимный отель.
Номера расположены в этаких 2х этажный строениях выполненных в стиле колониальной эпохи. Состояние номеров, выше среднего.Сразу оговорюсь, это не Турция. Мебель в номере под старину. Из номера выход на мини террасу. Рекомендую брать номер на 2м этаже. Знаете как кайфово пить кофе в 6 утра сидя на этой террасе и наблюдая за рассветом, а при этом листья пальмы свисающие над терассой облетает колибри. И все это в полуметре от тебя. О, Боже! Как же это красиво! Отель работает по принципу All inclusive. Еда здоровская. Ром тем более. В части еды голодными точно не останешься. Помимо основной столовой, на берегу есть летняя веранда. Ассортимент тот же. Рядом, на берегу(близ пляжа)здоровский бар. Пиво очень сносное, коктейли тоже.
Территория отеля очень ухожена.
На территории имеется бассейн, где каждый день что то происходит, какие то шоу и представления. На бассейне есть дневной бар. Кстати махито в этом баре самый лучший.
Когда начинаешь описывать Кубу, начинаешь понимать старину Хэмингуэя.
Отель очень приветливый, персонал тоже. Чуть не забыл. В отеле 2 ресторана и здоровский кофе бар.
Кофе готовят очень вкусный, особенно Мария.
Океан ласков, климат тоже. Но надо учитывать что я был в конце ноября начало декабря. Весной там уже очень жарко (со слов местных). Сигары на пляже не покупайте! В остальном, я и не знаю что вам сказать, но Отель очень крут, как и сам остров свободы. Оказавшись там, ни секунды не будите сожалеть о том что приехали сюда.
Куба превратилась в мою любовь до конца жизни.
