A small basement rocking chair with good equipment and real trainers who have won more than one title. The prices are affordable, an order of magnitude lower than in large club halls, there are shower cabins, toilets, and water. The gym is divided into three zones, one of which is cardio, 3 tracks, cycling, and an ellipsoid. The rest is for the security forces. The gym is quite compact, a kind of cozy "home" gym, I've been going for years, although I like to visit different ones, but this is the main permanent one.
