A small hotel with 11 rooms. 5 floors, there is an elevator, a roof terrace with a good view of the city. There are two rooms on the floor, you can't hear the neighbors from the side, but those from above can be heard very well - footsteps, voices, how chairs are rearranged, etc. Of the half of the rooms (those that are cheaper, standard), the view from the window will be on the dilapidated wall of the neighboring house, which is very close, 15 meters away. On the other side, onto a fairly busy street. The convenient location of the hotel is a few steps from Taksim Square, so Istiklal Street, metro, underground funicular to the marina, bus stop to airports - everything is nearby, very convenient. The room is clean, there are 6 towels for two, which were changed every day. The plumbing was in good condition, everything worked, hot water around the clock, a full-fledged shower cabin, shampoo, shower gel were replenished regularly. There is a kettle and two cups in the room. Sugar, tea bags, instant coffee, dry cream, two 0.5l bottles of water were also replenished regularly. There is a small refrigerator, a free safe. There is no closet, a rack with open shelves and a crossbar with hangers. There is not much space for things, besides, the maid took our things off the shelf twice during daily cleaning and put towels there (why not leave them in the bathroom or put them on the shelf from above is not clear to me), once for some reason she turned off the refrigerator. The reception staff are very friendly, pleasant young people.
The hotel suited us for a week-long trip. We were pleased with the location and cleanliness. The main disadvantage is poor sound insulation, and the view from the window (the latter is only from half of the rooms). And, perhaps, the cleaning features mentioned above are what took one point off.

A normal quiet hotel. The staff is friendly. Clear. They clean it every day. The only disadvantage in my opinion is the floors. We need to do something with them. They bend in places
