Nice apartment for living. 5-6 floors. There is 1 apartment on the floor. There are two rooms and a hall between them. The kitchen is separate. Good air conditioners. Clear. The kitchen is spacious. The location is close to the center and central hangouts. You have to walk up and down on foot. It is easier to take the metro to Taksim station and walk down to the apartment than to climb from the tram or metro stations by the water. Quietly. But buying groceries in nearby stores is more expensive than usual. The apartments themselves are comfortable and nice.

The apartment is in poor condition. The jambs are broken, the shelves in the shower have fallen off, the toilet seat is broken, the refrigerator is not working. The stench is all over the rooms. Be vigilant. Don'T choose. They left on the same day, but the money was not returned(.

The accommodation is inexpensive and matches the price. Everything you need is there. Among the disadvantages: in the bathroom there is only cold water in the sink. The water in the shower drained badly in the economy room. The staff is friendly. They helped to drag things up the stairs both times. The place is convenient. There's a delicious cafe nearby, I forgot the name. Istiklal Street is nearby. There are a lot of shops there.
