It's not just disappointment, it's some kind of bottom. The ride itself is in terrible condition, creaking, shaking as if it's about to fall apart. Everything is rusty and dirty, and there is no basic safety. But the worst part is the staff. Absolutely incompetent, rude and ill-mannered employees who, it seems, simply do not have the words "politeness" and "professionalism" in the dictionary. It feels like they don't care not only about the visitors, but also about their own work. No help, no information, just irritation and aggression. It seems that people were recruited there from the street on the principle of "whoever swears louder is in the staff." If you want to spoil your mood and regret the time and money you spent, go here. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND it to everyone else. Shame.
