We did not receive any greeting or a sweet smile from the waiter or the bartender. I work in catering with people myself, and I know how much a banal smile can mean. It wasn't the first time we had visited this place, and when we had been there before, no one had told us anything about smoking e-cigarettes and had even seen the guests who had bought them. But the other day we came in and a friend decided to smoke (an electronic cigarette) while we were choosing, as the waiter goes in somewhere and leaves with the cook girl, and she starts explaining that smoking is not allowed in the establishment. She also said it very rudely. So the question immediately arises, why couldn't the waiter or the bartender tell us about this, but immediately went to the kitchen and called the cook or cook. the employee (they didn't understand who it was).
About the food. We wanted to take sushi, but they say there is no rice. Then we decided to take coffee and some dessert while we choose something else to take away. they wanted pancakes, and then they say there are no pancakes. Don't your cooks make blanks? There were no such moments in the institution where I work. And even if we're running out of something, we could send someone to the store to get that unfortunate rice, but it was evening and maybe no one saw the point in it. But pancakes... Well, there are no pancakes, Knead the dough and bake a couple of pieces is not such a problem. We used to consider this place very atmospheric and pleasant, but the impression has changed a lot a couple of times, and I do not know if we will come here again. Try to talk to your employees about how to communicate with people, and try to tell them in the kitchen what the blanks are.

We went to a cafe in front of the pool today, drank lemonade and pre-ordered pizza and sushi to eat after the pool.
