And now to the point: I ordered a udon wok with chicken, it was very tasty, but the portion is small (half the box is empty), there is probably no deception here because the gram is honestly indicated at 340g, I would like a bigger portion for the money, but I am ready to forgive the taste. The staff was polite to me personally, the interior was also polite, no questions asked.
But how long I waited for this one unfortunate box - 26 minutes ..... kamon, this is not normal :))
Moreover, when I arrived, there were only me and the deliveryman among the customers. Perhaps they have a high workload for delivery, but it means that the separation of processes is somehow poorly organized, and I concluded for myself that they are a bit clogged on ordinary visitors, like they will wait anyway, giving 90% priority to delivery. Such things. Without negativity.

We ordered shawarma in raw pita bread, 2 pieces of different grams, with cheese sauce, and large French fries. We didn't eat any worse shawarma, the one that was size L fell apart already upon delivery, the thin pita bread was soaked, and not from the sauce, but from condensation, how much it lay in the xs package, there was practically no meat in the shawarma, vegetables cabbage and two halves of cucumber for the whole shawarma and there were carrots that shouldn't be, There was no declared tomato either, it was bland and tasteless, dry, and there was no cheese or garlic sauce. We were here for the first time, we won't go again. The service was disgusting, there was zero attention paid to visitors, and the guys at the checkout were sticking and laughing on their phones. We were alone, but the pizza, soup and 3 cocktails were cooked for 30 minutes - it was beyond the limit, the cook came out and barely moving, like a sleepy fly, took the order to the cashier. I am shocked by such indifference and detachment. The borscht turned out to be sour, the pizza was so-so, there was no dough, it felt like there was no salt or sugar, the cocktails were just milk with additives, but without ice cream. In general, I don't recommend it, don't set foot there anymore.

But there is one significant drawback - this is a call from employees to confirm the order. It is most inconvenient for me to talk on the phone, and I do not understand the meaning of this action. My address is specified both when ordering and in my personal account, as well as the payment method. Every time you take it off, and 5 minutes of "yes, that's right, yes, that's right." Because of this, I began to order less often. It's easier to pay for delivery at another institution on Yandex 4 p than to be distracted by these useless calls.

I've been ordering from the guys for almost 9 months now. I really like their attitude: they will always help with the choice, tell you about new items, if you order delivery and the site has not yet been updated, they always arrive not only on time, but even sometimes in advance))
The positions are all delicious and most importantly there is no monotony of taste, because everyone will find something to order. Most of all, their desserts are shu and Mochi. It's also cool that the guys do not stand still and constantly develop their menu: they change lunches once a season, add new items. According to a 10-point rating, I would put 9/10 for a combination of factors: taste, price, speed of delivery and, most importantly, service and attitude to each client.

The signature beef rococo had tough, slimy undercooked meat that tasted like food from the school cafeteria. Apparently, the following days will be spent on trips for sick leave .
The seafood soba was chosen due to the lack of mushrooms in it, via the website. However, when opening the package, mushrooms were found. When pointing out the error, the girl began to assure that the menu on the site was outdated and mushrooms should be there, and 2 additional squid rings were put as compensation. As a result, they were redone without mushrooms.
You can't say anything about doner, shawarma is like shawarma.
When visiting, I recommend taking activated charcoal.
