Secretary: refuses to provide contact details of the sales department; does not connect with responsible employees and does not record requests.; He allows himself a rude tone of communication, harsh language and a manner of conversation that does not correspond to business etiquette.; demonstrates a complete lack of interest in a potential partner's request. I consider this behavior unacceptable, especially considering that we are talking about the first contact with the company. In fact, because of the actions of one employee: communication with the sales department is blocked; Potential customers and deals are being lost; an extremely negative impression is being formed about the company as a whole. Such an attitude looks like disrespect for partners and contradicts the basic principles of customer service and business reputation.
