We ordered it for the first time and it was a Gourmet set for 2,300 rubles (the bid yield was 1,400 gr. we did not weigh it) the rolls were delicious, but it was disappointing that there were 8 simple pieces: cheese, rice, cucumber and dill. This makes this set much cheaper, and it's not worth the cost. The order was ready 20 minutes earlier.

When he returned, he said that they gave the usual baked ones for the place, to which he received the answer that they had them. I didn't like it very much.

I placed an order on the website at 19:15, the operator calls 10 minutes later and says we can't deliver the order to you, we have all the deliveries scheduled, we can arrange it as pickup. I asked how long you work, and they answered until 20:00. I can understand everything when it's weekends and holidays, couriers are loaded. But today is a weekday, and I made the delivery during business hours, not 5 minutes before closing, and just for a minute, the delivery address is 800 m from the store! That is, the courier can't drive for 3 minutes and deliver the order, to be honest, I was stunned by such an answer. Unfortunately, I can't come and pick it up, as I was offered, because I'm deeply pregnant and it's hard for me to walk now. I was a regular customer, I've been ordering since 2017, but after such a boorish and indifferent attitude, the desire to order something from you abruptly disappeared. It's a pity, because I've always liked rolls.

Then it turned out that the minimum order amount is 1,500 rubles if the delivery is up to 15 km. I got 18 km and an order for 1,100 rubles. They didn't want to go to the meeting, because the difference is only 3 km. In general, I do not recommend it.
