I had the temerity to buy laminate flooring from them. The amount according to the house plan provided by me was considered by the seller, while it was stated that the excess can be returned at any time. I trusted him with a calm soul, I did not count it. As a result, two boxes of laminate and two packages of substrate turned out to be superfluous. When trying to return them, I was told that refunds are only within 14 days from the date of purchase?! Clean water divorce. In addition, a couple of boxes from another batch (had a clearly different shade).
