I ordered a bouquet of tulips for my grandmother, who lives in Aktobe, on March 8. The next day, grandma wrote that they were blackened and did not open, sent a photo (with a date and time stamp). Clearly frozen. I wrote a complaint to the WhatsApp chat where I placed the order. I received a reply-unsubscribe that claims for colors are accepted only within 2-3 hours from the date of delivery. Customer orientation is "on top". Wasted money and a ruined holiday.
