Terrible service, I used to love this flower shop for all holidays, probably only when the management is on site working with guests at the level. Last week I went to get flowers, we were talking with disdain, I understand after the new year everyone was tired, but still there are guests. I wanted to take five roses, turned out roses were sent to ask another florist myself, she said no, it was an order, sent it to another florist, as a result, I was waiting for someone to offer something, but I heard laughter as if I hadn't come to buy flowers, but came in and as if I got dirty in faeces. In the neighboring Royal Flower, the master made the same inverted roses and I asked for them and it was clear that it was custom made, but all the workers said that there was no problem now we will do it in the best possible way.

I try to take flowers only here at Romantic, because:
1. The prices are the same as in simple small flower shops.
2. If I take flowers, I take them in a good mood and therefore I would like you to be served clearly, and here it turns out.
3. I like to buy balloons here to enhance the effect of the holiday. However, there are no texts on the balls in the Kazakh language.
4. The design of the flowers is very stylish.
