It's a great place. Always FRESH flowers. Which won't wither until the next day.. trained staff. For the last three years, I've been taking flowers on holidays and just like that, only in Romantic.. Thanks for the orchids, and the care advice. They have been blooming for years.

Ruined the holiday!!! Destroyed the mood!!! Very much let down!!! I made an order by paying for the day in advance for delivery at 9:30, and they brought it in the evening!!! What is a call center for, if no one picks up the phone, it doesn't make any sense!!! I had to search the Internet for other contacts of this company and just call all the numbers! And it's good that I came across an adequate manager who moved the situation off the ground! The delivery took my flowers around the city all day and the semi-live bouquet arrived only in the evening! The florist does not know how to work, when making a bouquet, he removes all the leaves of the flower and they turn out semi-naked!!! This is the worst flower service and delivery company! And many reviews here are written fake! I have a description of my own situation when trying to cooperate!
