On March 8, in the late afternoon, I went to buy a bouquet for my daughter. I thought towards the end of the day, the excitement had subsided, they would collect a good bouquet according to my desire. There really weren't many people, the ratio of staff and customers was about 11:10. That is, there were free florists. But it's not easy to get their attention. Not everyone is lucky. On my appeals to free sellers, they created a serious face, like they were busy and not up to me and quickly left somewhere. And I wanted to put a nice bouquet in a box at my own request. Attempts to get someone's help were unsuccessful. I felt it took a long time to wait, bouquets were created slowly. Since there was no time, I had to choose from the remaining and tired ready-made bouquets. Moreover, despite the fatigue, the prices for them were kept in the morning. So much for the vaunted "Romantic"

The staff is terrible, the flowers are tired. There is no choice, absolutely all the flowers are tired, I didn't see any freshness. We were forced to collect from what we have. I plan not to visit this store anymore.
