Unfortunately, I had an extremely negative experience working with this travel company. I paid for the tour, but the services that were promised were never provided. Moreover, after repeated attempts to resolve the issue, they refused to refund the money for unproven services.
The company proved to be extremely unprofessional: they take money, but they do not fulfill their promises. They either did not respond to my requests for a refund, or delayed solving the problem without specific actions.
I do not recommend contacting this company if you do not want to lose money and stay without rest.
