We came to your beautiful hospitable country from Russia, for the wedding of my best friend. She ordered a bouquet from Alina. We decided to buy all the bouquets here too. We were pleasantly shocked by the rich assortment! We bought all the most beautiful bouquets. We didn't even have enough hydrangeas, we bought more at Rokossovsky, everyone liked them so much that everyone wanted them! They stood there for a very long time ! We stayed for 10 days and before departure they were luxurious. Girls , I bow low to you from the bottom of my heart and prosperity to you .

I bought a hydrangea in this store on 04.12, in the afternoon on 05.12 it was already in the condition shown in the photo. The flower was in a vase with other flowers, where water was poured to the very edges, plus the flower was additionally sprayed with a pulverizer. In correspondence, in response to my message: "The hydrangea was without water for no more than 15 minutes," the florist told me that the flower should not be without water at all. Then how do I need to carry him home? Should I come straight to you with a vase? Then why didn't you wrap the stems in something wet or sell them along with a floral sponge? I forgot to mention that the stem of the flower was very darkened from below, which immediately caught my eye when I bought it, but since they sold me this flower, it means they thought it was normal. I don't know if this indicates any disease in the plant or not. In general, the gift to the girl was ruined, as well as the impression of this place.

I bought a small bouquet for my mother's birthday in this store. As a result, the flowers stood for two days and wilted, although my mother changed the water and cut the stems. I also want to cancel an incompetent consultant who does not greet customers and is absolutely not interested in his work. I used to really like this flower shop, but something obviously went wrong. P.S. It 's also worth noting how the owners of this flower shop rudely respond to reasoned reviews from their own customers (on Yandex, Google).
