Five days before the required date, I paid for the bouquet through ERIP. In the morning 5 days later, on the day when it was necessary to pick up the bouquet, they called and said that they had not delivered the necessary peony-shaped roses and could use the paid amount to make another bouquet of ordinary red roses. He asked me to send him a photo of a new bouquet of red roses. The bouquet was beautifully made (the first photo) and the girl liked the gift, but after 2 days half of the roses wilted, i.e. it turns out that half of the roses were not fresh and now the bouquet looks terrible, as half of the buds began to bend and crumble (the second photo) and this is on the morning of 3 days. I will not order from you anymore and I do not advise others. Irresponsible attitude towards customers!

The terrible quality of the colors. Firstly, the bouquet that was originally ordered was not available, so another bouquet was offered, and we agreed to replace it. Secondly, the flowers arrived with stems so dry, even some of the leaves were dry, as if they hadn't been in the water for half a day, and after cutting them off, I thought they would come to life, but when I came home from work the next day, I saw the petals falling off the roses. Correspondence with the store did not lead to anything, they began to refer to a bad vase, temperature, improper care... The quality of their flowers is good, we don't know how to handle them! They offered a discount on the next order. How can you order here again after that!? The surprise from the guy was ruined by the irresponsible attitude of the store. Put the money in the trash. Addition to the seller's review and comment: the order was not from a company from Russia, but from Norway, and my number (the recipient of the bouquet) was indicated in Belarus, as the customer was afraid that they would not be able to reach him. The courier brought it to the door of the apartment in the dormitory, and not to the stuffy room, no one let the courier into the room, so he cannot say how stuffy it was in the room. It's not about a discount or competence, but about incompetence and low-quality goods.

In the photo, the bouquet looked gorgeous (roses, carnations, eustoms and, the most gorgeous thing in the bouquet - orchids). The bouquet is not cheap 105 rubles. Actually, for the sake of orchids, this bouquet was ordered, because the order was for a gorgeous woman. They wrote to me that I agree to replace orchids with roses, because there may not be orchids when supplying them with flowers. I immediately wrote that the bouquet was bought for the sake of orchids. A week later they send me a photo of the bouquet and... I'm in SHOCK. Instead of orchids, they stuffed grandmother's flowers – chrysanthemums... not even roses, but chrysanthemums… To my claims "how in general was smart enough to compare the appearance of orchids with chrysanthemums ... it's better than roses", I was told that there are no roses! For 105 rubles, a bouquet containing 3 roses and grandma's flowers… While I corresponded with them, I was looking for a normal bouquet in another organization in the process. And... I even found it, considering that it was September 2, and almost everything was sold out and no new deliveries were made. I decided to cancel the order. But I was informed that the "Recipient of the bouquet" had already been warned that a bouquet would be delivered to her by a certain time, and it would not be nice if they called back and informed about the cancellation of delivery. I decided just not to spoil the birthday girl's insistence, although I was just furious myself. The bouquet was nothing like that. It was decorated well. Was it worth 105 rubles? Definitely NOT! It is possible to buy flowers on the spot if you see firsthand what you are taking. Prices for flowers are among the most expensive. There are shops much cheaper. I just decided not to order cheaper, because I fell for orchids. Ordering a bouquet in advance or even more remotely – I DO NOT RECOMMEND it!
