Faced a situation when I came to pick up an order and received a dose of negativity and insults for one Belarusian word.
Firstly, this is unacceptable, especially in the service sector, and secondly, we have two official languages. Please convey to your employees that you need to be more polite to your customers.

We turned to the studio with an elementary request to shorten the tops, on the appointed day we came to pick up our 5 things. What we saw shocked us.The seams were gnarled, crooked and with puffs.Since there were 5 hours left before departure for rest and these things were needed in the wardrobe, we did not stand to draw up acts, argue, leave things and hope that the marriage would be corrected in such a short time and with high quality.I had to urgently look for a specialist who could fix everything and pay again.For us, the repair cost in the end 150 rubles + 20 rubles uber delivery of things from the studio home, as there was no time to pick up on our own, a spoiled mood, a stressful situation and wasted 2 hours, which, as you understand, were sorely lacking on the day of departure.Of course, I could only present a photo to the studio.I can describe everything that happened next as follows: complete lack of professionalism, lack of desire to admit guilt, rudeness and.... an offer to return things for examination and a willingness to go to "any logical conclusion".And I don't understand how this studio plans to work if they don't care about the quality of services provided, business reputation and fear of losing customers.I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO CONTACT THIS STUDIO AT 3 RZHAVETSKAYA STREET. It's just disgusting!!! Ruined expensive white pants! I handed over three SMALL spots a week ago, as a result, ALL MY PANTS ARE STAINED WITH YELLOW STREAKS AND STAINS!!! It's a good thing I didn't owe them anything! Moreover, they did not call me, I dialed them myself and they actually said that they had not removed the stains, but they did not say about these terrible divorces! It's just awful!!!
