I called this studio asking if they could sew a cover, they said they could, bring a sample.
Arriving at the workshop, the master said that they did not sew covers.
The time and money spent, the speedy closure of such a service.

Three times I gave shoes to this workshop for repair. The first time was done perfectly. But both other times did just awful. The second time they glued the heel and made a huge hole in the sole. To which I was told it couldn't be. Although I wear the boot myself and it did not leak before the repair. The third time I handed over a man's shoes to glue the spout. Not only was it not glued, but it was hemmed, making an ugly seam, so they also tore the tongue, did not even deign to try to fix it. To the question what is it, why is it torn. The answer is simply killed: it's probably a cat or a dog that is mired in. I do not recommend this workshop.

The backs of the Puma sneakers were repaired, a leather insert was glued (even picked up in color) and stitched, the work took 2 days. The price according to the price list is 40 rubles (per pair). I'm happy. I don't know about other services, but shoe repairs, even expensive ones, can definitely be trusted.

We turned to the studio with an elementary request to shorten the tops, on the appointed day we came to pick up our 5 things. What we saw shocked us.The seams were gnarled, crooked and with puffs.Since there were 5 hours left before departure for rest and these things were needed in the wardrobe, we did not stand to draw up acts, argue, leave things and hope that the marriage would be corrected in such a short time and with high quality.I had to urgently look for a specialist who could fix everything and pay again.For us, the repair cost in the end 150 rubles + 20 rubles uber delivery of things from the studio home, as there was no time to pick up on our own, a spoiled mood, a stressful situation and wasted 2 hours, which, as you understand, were sorely lacking on the day of departure.Of course, I could only present a photo to the studio.I can describe everything that happened next as follows: complete lack of professionalism, lack of desire to admit guilt, rudeness and.... an offer to return things for examination and a willingness to go to "any logical conclusion".And I don't understand how this studio plans to work if they don't care about the quality of services provided, business reputation and fear of losing customers.I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU NOT TO CONTACT THIS STUDIO AT 3 RZHAVETSKAYA STREET.
