Rose Restaurant is one of my favorite places in Minsk! A great place on 3 Kozlova Street, with a cozy atmosphere and an amazing menu. Here you can taste dishes of European and Asian cuisine: from pokes and tartars to incredible desserts
A large selection of drinks — both wine and craft beer, which is pleasantly surprising. The staff is always polite and attentive, the service is fast, even with a full boarding. I especially like the summer terrace, where you can spend your time comfortably.
The only thing worth considering is that prepayment may be required to book large events, but this is easily compensated by the quality of the cuisine and service. I recommend it for meetings with friends, romantic evenings and holidays!

I really liked the place. Everything is simple, tasty, and concise. Excellent service, which immediately leaves a good impression. Beautiful dishes, a small menu - everything is great! The only thing to note is the very dark cocktail menu. It is not visible what is written - it concerns the price and composition. It's just a very poor color solution for the pictures, there are no questions about the rest, we will definitely come more than once!

The dishes are delicious, excellent Woke. I would like to add that I really liked my own version of the bruschetta: with sauce and the most tender beef.
Excellent wine prices - the difference with the store is not too high. The only thing is that the range of white wines and drinks has decreased significantly since the summer.
There are only 2 desserts to choose from, but both are delicious.
Very polite staff, attentive.
Perfectly washed and polished appliances.
In general, I recommend it.

I got a table in the aisle not far from the corridor with restrooms. I'm sorry, but it wasn't pleasant to sit in such a fragrance. We need to do something about ventilation or remove tables from that area.

In the summer, we eat pizza on their terrace, which is baked right there in the oven (we go to the theater nearby, and then we run into this cafe). I celebrated my birthday in the fall with my friends (the dates coincided in November): the waiters were nice, the food was delicious, and they received desserts for the birthday people. The decor is beautiful and cozy in winter, but it was the first time we had breakfast, as we arrived for the first time on Sunday at 2 p.m. (it was usually in the evening): delicious, but the evening menu is more interesting to serve and more diverse; the waiters are smiling.

We had a light dinner at your place today. Pleasant Alexandra immediately arranged a table for us. The waiter Lyubov is very nice and friendly. The salads are delicious. The wine is good. but!!!! Who came up with the idea to dress the female officers in such ridiculous costumes????!!!! If the theme of your establishment is a pajama party, then OK. But this is not the case. And even having a bathroom doesn't help((((

We celebrate all birthdays here with our girlfriends, because it is delicious and inexpensive for an institution in the center of Minsk. I don't know how they do it, but any dish is a jar break! I've tried almost everything, everything is very tasty. My favorite is poke, tartare, fried sweet potatoes, toasts on grain bread and grain bread itself (I always take home with me). A large selection of wines, and the prices are very even. But you need to book a table, because there are always a lot of people. I went in once and there was no place, although the hall is large.

I came across this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. A huge selection of wines, a pleasant atmosphere, and a relatively fast serving of dishes. Delicious. The prices are quite loyal for the city center. What I really appreciate is that the music is not loud, it does not interfere with the conversation. There is an outdoor terrace where, in addition to the main menu, pizza is cooked over a fire. It is advisable to book a table in advance - the place is in demand.

I stopped by for a business lunch.I will say that this is a very good choice for this event.A quick, tasty and inexpensive snack.That's what I was looking for.
The waiting time is somewhere around 7-10 minutes.The staff is friendly, smiling, they work very well and try their best.I was satisfied.I think I'll come back and invite someone with me.
I think summer is also present during the season and it will be very good.

We decided for ourselves that this place can only be visited during the warmer months, when the oven is open and pizza is being prepared. After they put us in, they didn't give us a menu. We waited 15 minutes for it to arrive, but realized that they had simply forgotten about us) I had to ask the waiter's girl for it.
The beer arrived 15 minutes after ordering, the French fries 20-25, and the main course took 30-35 minutes to wait (taking into account that the boarding was not complete and there were not very many people). And so our opinions are divided about the kitchen. The young man liked the WOK with chicken, and the "filling" of the dish, too. But fried rice with seafood (!!!!) caused me a couple of questions. In my understanding, "seafood" is something more than 2 shrimps, 2 pieces of squid and a bunch of onions with soy sprouts.

It's a great place. Stunning interior, well-chosen music range, courteous staff, delicious food, very good coffee. The menu is mostly specialized for breakfast, nothing superfluous. There are classic and interesting positions. The portion size is adequate, the desserts are large. One main course + dessert and you're full to the brim. We were in Minsk for only a couple of days, but we had breakfast here more than once, only positive impressions)

Of the 3 visits to this place, 2 have a terrible aftertaste. The first time: everything was great, delicious. The second time: we booked the table a month in advance, as we had a painting on Saturday and we wanted to celebrate, giving advance notice. The result is that they bring us a breakfast menu. When we were asked to bring the main menu, we were told that they could not. And the third case: we came to the lunch menu, asking how much dessert and burgers would be carried, we answered: dessert - 5min, burger - 10min. As a result: the burgers arrived in 15 minutes, and we waited 35 minutes for dessert. The request to make the flat stronger was ignored and some kind of latte was brought.… The request to split the bill was also ignored.…
Therefore, comrades, it is better to avoid this place!!!

A year ago, my friends celebrated with a large company in this institution and everything was fine, the kitchen was delicious, good staff, beautiful interior. And so I wanted to celebrate my DR in the same place, I called in advance and booked and was immediately told about a deposit of 50 rubles per person and asked to come approve the menu. This is the first time I've heard this, because the company is not super big - 7 people. A couple of days later I drove up, made a pre-order for the main menu for ~ 220 rubles and indicated that we would order alcohol and other drinks on the spot, because there is no way to choose it now (there is no alcohol menu in the inst), to which I was told that I still need to get something for 350 rubles, otherwise the reservation It burns out. It didn't work out well and I had to cancel my reservation. Of course, in fact, we would have scored 350 rubles for these and left a tip, but with this approach and the unwillingness of the administration to make concessions, we preferred to choose another institution. I recommend that the institution reconsider its approach to booking and be more compliant!)
