Unfortunately, the order at ROSES was disappointing. A bouquet of 7 hydrangeas for € 105 turned out to be less than expected, the color did not match the photo, the quality did not justify the price. The order can only be cancelled in 24 hours, and we placed it in less than that time, so we simply couldn't cancel it. When my husband saw the bouquet at home, he immediately wrote to the company, but there was no reaction — zero customer orientation, they referred to "natural differences" and refused to solve the problem. The flowers had already wilted and crumbled a little on the second day. I do not recommend ordering — the company does not meet halfway and does not solve anything.

I ordered a ready-made bouquet from the website, chose a composition based on the presented photo. I understand that the image may be illustrative, but the difference between what was in the photo and what was eventually brought is simply enormous. It feels like it's a different bouquet altogether. A logical question arises: why then post beautiful pictures on the site if they do not correspond to reality? Expectation and reality are two completely different bouquets.
