No one warned that the pool was not working, although it was sunny and warm, no one understood for what reason, especially since it is not included in the price, you need to pay for it separately! They said on the phone that a barbecue, a grill, and skewers are included in the rental price of the gazebo, but it turned out to be only a barbecue. Grid 500r and 1000r deposit. As a result, we just sat in the gazebo (by the way, nothing special either, it was possible to make some repairs in an ancient gazebo, the rental price is not cheap). We won't go any more, no one from our company liked it! We live far away, you can sit in a gazebo a lot of places without paying that kind of money. The territory is well maintained, clean, and one star is enough for this place. I don't recommend it

Nice interior. Good cuisine in places. But: The work of the kitchen and service negates all the advantages created by the owner of the establishment. The waiters are absolutely not motivated for the result and are indifferent to the work. The dishes were served chaotically, and cold appetizers were brought along with dessert. Meals are not served to all the Guests at the same time, one eats, the others look at him and so on all evening in turn. A delicious borscht with pampushki and a spread of bacon was served, but only a soup spoon was served with this dish. At the same time, I also had to convince the waiter to bring a table knife or other device to spread the spread on the pampushka. The waiter insisted that it could be done with a soup spoon. Cold appetizers were brought along with desserts. But in general, the waiters had to wait a long time for the menu to be brought, and to accept the order, and to serve something. The serving of the dishes is very long, the hot dish was waited for an hour and a half, while there are not so many seats in the restaurant that the kitchen went into a rush. The borscht and salad were not bad, the appetizers and hot dishes did not cause delight - it was edible, but not so much that I wanted to return to this dish again. But the special highlight is the pork shish kebab - an absolutely inedible dish, dry, overcooked, with coals. We were able to master only one piece. The whole portion of shish kebab was fed to the dog on the terrace in front of the administrator of the establishment. At the same time, no discount or removal of an absolutely inedible dish from the bill was even offered. Yes, what is the deletion from the account? The staff reacts indifferently to the remark about the inedible barbecue, they did not even apologize. But a special squeak is when they brought the bill for payment by card and asked for a cocktail for 600 rubles to pay in cash, since allegedly their computer does not allow this cocktail to accept cashless payment. Well, this trick has already been done in other restaurants in Russia 20 years ago. It's a shame that the owner of the institution invested money in the construction, the interior of the institution, and the staff really "drop" the institution. Just because of the work of the chefs and the service, I do not recommend this establishment or just come to drink tea and look at the pond in the evenings

On Sunday afternoon, the same receptionist called me back and clarified our presence in the evening. The table was booked for 17:00, I confirmed the reservation. We said goodbye until the evening. What was our surprise when the receptionist called us back at 16:45 and laughingly informed us that there was no table on the terrace for us, because, because. But they're ready to put us inside. We were a little freaked out and I said we'd think about it. But there was not much to think about, since we had already arrived and spent money on a taxi and our time. Deciding to figure out where the table went, we entered the restaurant, where no one paid attention to us and did not meet new guests. After wandering around the crowded terrace and the full hall, we caught the waiter, who did not lose his head and said that they did not accept reservations over the phone. Whooooo??? And explained that they say the banquet guests are all business. Then the cheerful administrator Anastasia came up to us, who behaved very familiarly, both on the phone and in person. To the question: How did it happen that the reserved table was given to other guests? She spread her hands and happily reported: such circumstances 🤷 Why should I? Will you excuse me 😅 After that, my friend and I turned around and left together. We have not heard a single regret or apology and no alternative. We arrived, spent time and money on a taxi, we were ready to hear suggestions, but they did not follow. It is a pity that an institution with a good reputation, which positions itself as a restaurant, treats guests like this.

First, you need to pay attention to the professionalism of the staff , when answering the call, you need to introduce yourself and say the position you hold, or at least bother to give your name. So that a person understands who he is talking to, the administrator, the waiter, the manager. Secondly , he will learn how to talk to the client and at least try to hear him , and not be rude and say that we can come and stand . Thirdly, in case of force majeure, people are warned in advance about the embarrassments that have occurred, so that there is time to rebuild their plans and offer an alternative. This place left only negative emotions, a spoiled mood and a spoiled evening. If your activity is aimed at banquets, do not bother people with your promises.

The wedding was being prepared in the restaurant "Grove", we agreed on the terms and format of the celebration, and booked a date. We bought the decor for this site and hired contractors. But in the process of further cooperation, new conditions for the event began to "pop up", namely, the rental amounts fluctuated depending on the work schedule of the administrators. For future clients, we inform you that the summer veranda costs 100,000-200,000rubles, excluding the banquet, renting a lawn for the ceremony for an hour!!! - 5000-25 000₽. At the same time, the amounts changed every time, were "clarified", apparently the fellow admins could not cut the expected profit among themselves). Administrators are unable to transfer business to each other, reservations and reception of guests, they are absolutely not interested in holding your holiday, and it is still unknown how they can spoil it on the day of the event. I categorically do not recommend the restaurant "Grove" to visit, and even more so to entrust them to share your joyful event.
