В 2018 году заключил договор с ООО "Роск" на ремонт/отделку квартиры. Вместо ожидаемого результата директор (он же и исполнитель работ) Рыбальченко С.А., не имея должной квалификации, испортил дорогостоящие материалы и оборудование и не сдал работы в срок. Платить за брак отказался, проиграв суд, продолжает уклоняться от выплат, используя другие организации для ведения своей деятельности.
