Поберегите свои нервы и не связывайтесь с Ростелекомом, я не говорю про конкретный филиал, а в целом. Если вы захотите отдохнуть в пятницу после работы, смело рассчитывайте на очередную аварию и ремонт сроком на сутки, намного лучше провайдер билайн или любой другой, корпорация огромная, а процессы не отложены да и думаю экономят на оборудовании, зато ценники конские. Сижу с бутылкой пива и снеками без интернета, зря работал 5 дней.
