This is the third time we have contacted this travel agency, this time we selected an inexpensive tour, we really wanted to go to Turkey (Alanya), we needed a beach vacation, but with the opportunity to go out in the evening. Anastasia, the manager, picked up a great hotel for us. It was very important that there was entertainment for children as well. We chose the Ozkaymak Falez Hotel. The beach is not far from the hotel, which was important for us, free sun beds and umbrellas. The snack restaurant is good, there is a choice. There is a slide and a swimming pool for children. Activities and entertainment in the form of water aerobics and beach volleyball were constantly held. My husband appreciated it. We took ultra all inclusive. I liked the food, a wide variety of dishes and drinks, the bar was open until 23. We managed to visit the A'la Carte restaurant and signed up immediately upon arrival, it was our first time, the waiters brought us various dishes, wine, and the best romantic date at sea. We are very grateful to Anastasia for a great rest and unforgettable impressions, next time we will definitely contact Rosting.

Thank you for organizing the rest, manager Nadezhda. Everything turned out very well. We had a rest in Egypt at the Pickalbatros sea world Marsalam hotel. An individual transfer from Hurghada Airport to Mitsubishi Outlander took 1 hour and 50 minutes. The hotel is on the same level, fresh, beautiful, water park with elevator, 90% of tourists are from Poland. The only negative is if someone is looking for beautiful corals, there are none in this hotel, only a lot of fish... We can safely recommend the hotel to tourists with children!

On the way, a bus broke down on the territory of Russia-the bus continued to drive without air conditioners and headlights, after which it stopped somewhere near Vladikavkaz after a day and a half on the road. When the driver asked how to proceed, he was asked to drive as much as possible on a faulty bus-along mountain serpentines without headlights and air conditioners. It is good that an adequate driver refused to be exposed to such danger. Unfortunately, I do not know which of the representatives of the travel agency the driver communicated with. As a result, half a night later, another bus was driven, in terms of comfort approximate as the city's Minsktrans. On the way back, another bus arrived and there was a railing behind my seat, which is why the back did not recline from the word at all. She asked the guide if it was possible to change seats, because half of the bus was empty, to which she received the answer that she herself was sitting almost straight and it was even more convenient, and other seats were only for an additional fee. I advise those who book bus tours here to think a few times, there are no complaints about the work of travel agents.

The office on Prytytsky street near the sunset market in an apartment building. There was a central desk to the left from the entrance to the office.
