I would like to express my deep gratitude to Rosting LLC, Mogilev, 12-16 Pionerskaya St., namely Evgeny for choosing our tour. Firstly, it is a very convenient website where photos and prices are visible (you do not need to order calls to answer). Secondly, all the staff is polite and attentive, they select a tour according to the criteria and requests of vacationers, they are ready to help at any time. I've already been to Egypt several times, but this is my husband's first time. And since I already know the disadvantages of some hotels, I told Evgeny about them so that he would take into account the wishes on our trip. And our criteria were: the location of the hotel, a vacation for two, all-inclusive meals, departure from the Republic of Belarus, the first coastline and animation. Evgeny suggested that we consider a good option. Our choice: Le pacha resort 4* The hotel is located in the center of Hurghada, no need to spend money and time on taxi rides. There are shops nearby, a bazaar (where seafood is very tasty), where you can buy souvenirs and fruits, which was a positive addition to our stay. Throughout our vacation, Evgeny was in touch with us, asking if everything was fine.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Rosting travel agency and personally to Terentyeva Victoria Vyacheslavovna's manager for the excellent organization of an air tour to Italy in September 2025. From the very first conversation with the definition of the time, place of rest and route to the end of the tour, everything was clearly planned and well prepared. We worked remotely (and this was our first such experience of buying a tour, so there were some concerns), but everything went great. Victoria constantly gave us a lot of useful and interesting information, she was always in touch (even in the evening and on weekends!). She answered all our questions kindly, promptly and competently, and solved the problems related to the tour clearly and correctly. And although in the end we never met Victoria in person, we got the impression that she is a very responsible and conscientious employee of the company and really a professional in her field! There was not the slightest problem with the visas – all the documents were carefully prepared and there were no questions about them at the embassy. We entered the visa application center at a clearly designated time, without wasting time waiting in line. There were no problems during our trip either: flights, hotel, transfer – there were no failures anywhere. The trip was wonderful, the rest was a success! Once again, many thanks to Victoria Vyacheslavovna and the Rosting company for their high professionalism and responsible attitude!

The most terrible travel company in Mogilev. Manager Evgeny Chekalkin is as correct as possible when you come with money to buy air tickets and as rude as possible when any questions or complaints arise later! I tell you - I bought tickets from them for a 17-year-old child Tel Aviv - Istanbul- Minsk and back the same direction. Manager Evgeny was very courteous. I left a business card with contacts so that if I had any questions, I could call! Just this business card for the night to the head!!! The return flight from Minsk was delayed for 2.5 hours, instead of departing at 16:40, it took off at 19:00 (this was after the manager and this company had worked), the child in Turkey did not have time for the flight. Manager Evgeny works from 11:00 to 19:00 and he doesn't care how to solve the ticket issue, it's not his problem. His task was to sell tickets!!! I called today, 04.01.2023, after 11:00 in Rostov, I was switched to Eugene and my question is what to do now? He said he needed to call during business hours, and the fact that the flight was canceled and rescheduled was no longer during his working hours. He doesn't care!!!!! And what to do with me, he doesn't care either!!!! the first and last time I applied here! People, be very attentive to such "hypocritical" service!!!
