A pretty decent company.
I went abroad for the first time in my life, I didn't know what and how.
Manager Victoria quickly explained everything to me, told me, helped me choose the country, the hotel and everything else.
The choice fell on Georgia and the Shota Rustaveli Boutique hotel. If anyone goes to Georgia, I recommend this hotel.
In general, the rest was fine.
The company's services were quite cheap and of high quality.

The trip to the Holy Dormition Pskov-Pechersk Monastery left a deep impression. The shrine simply amazes with its history, architecture and atmosphere of spirituality.

Good day and peace to all. I want to share my impressions of a trip on July 12-14 to Pskov - Pechory - Mikhailovskoye with Vladislav Gurin and Rostingov. Everything worked out, and the weather is nature, and pleasant company. The organization of the tour is beyond praise. Not only the tourist facilities on the ground, but also the household side of the trip are thought out very well. Unusually vivid impressions remained after visiting the Pskov fortress and temples, temples of the Pskov-Pechersk monastery. The Pushkin Estate in Mikhailovsky, the amazing beauty of the nature of these places themselves evoke a poetic mood. We visited the Holy Dormition Monastery of Svyatogorsk, in the walls of which A. S. Pushkin is buried. At the entrance to the temple, a memorial sign - the monastery and the grave of Pushkin were mined by the Nazis, eight sappers, soldiers of the Red Army died during mine clearance, and this is a reminder of what our values are, for faith and culture we gave our lives. I would like to emphasize the competence of Vladislav Gurin, who accompanied our group, and his organizational skills. This is my second tour with Rostyng and Vladislav, and I think, with such an organization, it will not be the last🤩

Customer orientation is zero, we sat in the office for 1.5 hours!We were waiting for confirmation from Belavia!!!And after that they said that there were no places for self-made!!But their companion does!!!And without even voicing all the nuances (departure time, which was initially important for us), I tried to impose a tour!When we did ask for the time and it did not suit us, she began to hysterically say that we had already agreed to the purchase and it was too late to change anything!!!When we objected and clarified that we had not signed or paid anything with them yet, the hotel was not confirmed!!She threw a tantrum, accusing us of dishonesty and that we allegedly agreed to everything at first, and then changed our minds!!The only question is, why offer Belavia if there are no tickets! And to dissuade at the initial stage from flying through Moscow???I would like to advise Dina to treat her work more conscientiously and not to deceive clients!

I am extremely outraged by the attitude of the tour operator Snezhana to her work.He speaks beautifully, promises a lot, but in fact it's just terrible.I really issued the documents, there are almost no questions here, there was no transfer that was supposed to meet us at all, I had to look for myself, maybe someone accidentally has our last names, and then it's even more fun.Arrival at five in the morning the room is booked check in at 14
Although I have discussed this point.My child and I had to stay in another hotel, so there are no places in the hotel where the reservation is, because no one has booked them.
Regarding the transfer back, it was also not without incident, they sent a message in which we had to wait near the hotel for the person who would pick us up, but in fact the person called and began to tell us that we would go to look for him since he could not drive up, only after I explained to him that he was not he's right, he still came to us, and then it was fun, we climbed over the fence to get to his car, that's the organization, just aerobatics, and I'm furious about the settlement.
People don't mess with Snezhana, find others who are more responsible.

Managers don't finish the job! We sent all the documents on the way, no tourist support, after paying for the tour they forget about you! There was no promised transfer from Kobuletti to Batumi! The excursion to Tbilisi and Mtskheta was greatly reduced, arguing that in order to get us to the sea faster, as a result, everyone was transported to Kobuletti by hotels and at the same time people who were traveling back to Belarus were gathered! This is just a small part of what was happening! They fell in love with Georgia, but the travel agency with a big name disappointed!
