This organization made a mistake during registration. When the money had already been transferred, it turned out that, firstly, the registration was made to another country, and secondly, everything was for one person (a group was flying). Thus, they returned the money through the bank, which took a commission for a large transfer. As a result, I paid a commission to the bank due to a mistake by the travel agency. Then the error was fixed, and everything was processed normally, but no one returned the money that I paid for the commission. 🥰 When contacting an employee about this, it was first said that it was made out by another employee who is currently at lunch, and then it was completely said that the travel agency corrected all the mistakes and how wonderful everything would be. I just didn't understand why, if the travel agency made a mistake, I have to pay for it? I understand that it also depends on the bank, but it was still initially a mistake by an employee of your company.

She picked up a country of rest for us (UAE), a wonderful hotel, quickly completed the documents, answered questions. As a result, the rest turned out wonderful.
