Great hotel. Close to the metro, which is important.Very friendly staff. We are always ready to help with any question. Breakfasts for 4, the choice is not very large.It's always crowded. There are often no tables available. I was shocked when I saw the hotel guests in white hotel robes and slippers in the restaurant for breakfast. Nevertheless, the staff must somehow convey to the guests that this is unacceptable (if the guests themselves do not understand it). Room cleaning every day. The bed is comfortable, the linen and towels are snow-white.

Excellent apartment, near Maltepe metro station, within walking distance of uditsa Bagdad. Customer-oriented staff. We got a free room upgrade. It's not suitable for someone because it's far from the sights, but this is not our first time in Istanbul. I recommend it for those who want to diversify their stay in Istanbul, away from tourist spots.

We lived here for a year and a half. The building itself is great. The proximity to the metro is fantastic! Very convenient. A gorgeous fitness center and two! the pools are both very beautiful. There is a restaurant downstairs where you can have a delicious meal, plus there are many cafes, restaurants, supermarkets nearby. The fitness area has a hammam and saunas in the women's and men's areas, as well as a spa. The lobby is very beautiful. The service is unobtrusive and for Turkey approx. On the downside, the outdoor pool is not heated, and it is closed most of the year. The fitness area smells bad, and cleaning needs to be done better. The windows do not open in the apartments themselves:(and the air conditioners don't always work, and on days like this, you just get suffocated at home. In the fitness area, the treadmills were still standing for a year with a broken TV, no one fixed it. Overall, it's a great place, but it lacks grooming, cleanliness and neatness.
