Probably the most visited object in the center. The rotunda is constantly being tinted, it looks good. For a long time, all the railings were covered with locks with vows of eternal love, but then they were cut off, it seems to me not in vain.
It's especially cool in the rotunda in a storm, but dress warmer :)

Under the "Gazebo" there is a drain for the outlet of the rainwater of the city ....
It is blocked ....
Maybe it is worth, over time, when it will be safe, to clean them and not to immure them, and to close the holes with a grate-an exit to the sea.?
