Ротор сервис отвратительная организация. Косилку штиль отремонтировать не смогли, даже не смогли установить причину поломки. Деньги сорвали, а отремонтировать не смогли. Так и вернули сломанной. Не советую никому туда обращаться. С мастерами не поговорить, приемщицы общаются с ними только по телефону. Запчастей нет и даже не ищут.

Купил пилу dde cs250 осенью 2024 года поработал месяц ей и уже в четвёртый раз сдаю по гарантии в Ротор сервис сделать не могут одни отписки дефектов не выявлено. Что за мастера не понимаю. Только заберу приеду на объект начинаешь газовать а она глохнет и так каждый раз. Как так? Я и то понимаю что надо карбюратор заменить, а им пофиг

Сдавал в ремонт погружной насос в июне 2025 года. За диагностику взяли 500 рублей, в ремонте отказали. Очень стыдно, что даже закисшие болты не открутили при диагностике насоса... За 500 рублей тупо включить в розетку и отказать в ремонте - это свинство!
