07.01.26 I spent about 30 minutes choosing a foundation — not a single consultant came up, although they clearly saw that help was needed. There was an open mascara in the window, which I took for a tester. After that, consultant Margarita allowed herself a boorish tone, grins and illogical claims ("you can't open it, even if it's open"). If the product is not intended for viewing, it should not be open. There was no reaction to my remark about being ignored by the staff, except for arrogance. The attempt to file a complaint also failed: the guards said that it was impossible to complain and there was no complaint book. A store with a complete lack of customer service and basic communication standards. I don't recommend it.
