Hello! Booked and paid via Yandex Travel, 4 nights with breakfast from March 9 to March 13, 2025. Upon arrival, everything is OK, the payment was confirmed at the reception and checked into the room. The hotel was pleasantly surprised - honest 3++ stars. The pool water is warm, sun beds and towels are provided. There is a lifeguard on duty in the pool area, as well as unlimited water with lemon and cups. There is a bus transfer for hotel residents to the beach and to the main places in the city, running according to schedule. A comfortable taxi waiting area. Mostly business tourists stay here, which is very comfortable compared to other hotels.

Rest period: 28.10.2025 - 05.11.2025 Company structure:2 adults (me and my grandmother are 70 years old) and two teenagers (14 and 16 years old). Overall impression: A European-style hotel with a good level of service. The value for money in Dubai is good. The overall score is 5/5. --- Placement: Rooms: Occupied two standard rooms. Each room has one large double bed and a folding armchair. Capacity: It was very crowded for one adult and two teenagers in the same room. For a family with children, it is better to consider two rooms. Location: The rooms were on the 3rd floor at different ends of the corridor. Noise: The main disadvantage. The windows of one room faced the construction site and the highway, the second one faced the street. It's very noisy, and the sound insulation doesn't help. Problem: Room 112 had a persistent unpleasant odor (paint or plumbing). The reception did not respond to the complaints. Equipment: Air conditioning, TV (without Russian channels), refrigerator, safe (free), hairdryer, kettle. There are USB sockets and night lights. Cleaning: Daily, very clean. Water: Bottled water needs to be ordered at the reception, there were no problems with receiving it. Food · Breakfast: Paid in advance at the time of booking. On—site adult - 69 AED, children under 16 — 50%. · Format: Buffet. Quite varied: · Hot dishes: Omelet, boiled eggs, sausages, porridge, rice with vegetables. · Pastries: Toasts, a variety of fresh pastries. · Fruits: Watermelon (not very sweet), melon, pineapple, mango, fruit salad. · Delicacies: Lightly salted salmon was served every other day. · Other: Cheeses, sausages, vegetables, olives, jams, Nutella, nuts, dates. · Addition: You can order a la carte dishes (omelets, pancakes, waffles, smoothies) no extra charge. --- Hotel infrastructure · Pool: Small, depth 1.2 m, length 15 m. · Gym: Available. · Wi-Fi: Free throughout, works well. · Transfer: The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the Dubai Mall and the beach (2 times a day: 10:00 and 14:00). It took about 40 minutes to get to the beach, and 1.5 hours to get back. Location and surroundings · Metro: Healthcare City station (green line) is about a 16-minute walk away. · Taxi: To the center — 50-60 AED, to Dubai Marina — 90 AED. · Beach: The nearest La Mer beach is 20 minutes by taxi, but it seemed dirty. · Food nearby: Catherine's excellent and inexpensive coffee shop is nearby, as well as McDonald's, Burger King, Papa Johns. Important points and tips 1. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in at 16:00, check-out at 14:00. 2. City tax: 10 AED per room/night. When paying in cash, be sure to take a receipt! 3. Nutrition: It is forbidden to take food and drinks (except coffee) out of the restaurant. 4. For families: If you are with children, book two rooms. One room will be very crowded. Bottom line: Despite the noise and odor problem in one of the rooms, the hotel left a positive impression. This is a great budget option by Dubai standards with quality service, clean rooms and good breakfasts.

Good afternoon! I booked a hotel through Yandex, everything is great!!! The hotel is cozy and the staff is courteous. There is a Russian-speaking employee, a Kyrgyz. Everything is fine, I ordered a room without breakfast, but upon arrival, breakfast was included for a fee. Eat_ fire! Very tasty fruits! There is a small gym, just a fire! There is also a saltwater pool, very cool!!! I recommend it 100%!!!

A great hotel for your money! Most importantly, it's sooooo clean! There is a supermarket on the ground floor that helps out a lot))) The pool is small, open and loaded, but I won't take it as a minus, because it's no good sitting in a guest house, go to the sea!))))

A very good hotel, the staff is polite and attentive, all questions were helped to solve. The design is in a modern style. The rooms have a large plasma and a small refrigerator. There is a shallow pool, washing machine (50 AED), transfer to Downtown in the morning (from 9.10.11 am) gym, shop. To the metro 15-20 minutes on foot. By taxi to Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall 35 aed. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Oud Meta, if you plan to visit Deira, Bur Dubai and the Dubai frame, then it's not far away, you can walk for 30-50 minutes. It's a long way to the beach, by metro + bus to go 50 minutes (from the room if you walk fast). Taxi is faster, but if the prices are more or less to La Mer beach and Mercato, but to Jumeirah beach or Kite Beach the price will be biting.

A good chain hotel with a swimming pool, breakfast and a restaurant. Excellent coworking and staff. We traveled for work, conveniently located near the metro. The hotel has a minimarket with everyday goods, which was very convenient. I definitely recommend it.

A good hotel for guests who care about this location. Everything is thought out in the rooms and in the common areas. Excellent relaxation area by the pool, the pool itself is large, very comfortable sun beds, large towels. Very clean.

The usual high quality of the hotel for adequate money. For those who don't know, this is really a full-fledged 4. The most affordable option for accommodation in the ROVE network in Dubai. If you need to come on business and you don't have the task of being by the sea all the time, then it's perfect!

Treska she is treska. Small standard rooms, there is an additional folding sofa. the staff is nice and quite friendly. Breakfast is excellent. Basik has a small gym. The location is generally convenient. But the prices are too high for such a place. The air conditioner did not always work correctly in one of the rooms, it was impossible to turn it down in any way! Without enthusiasm, but you can live.

Nice hotel with its own beach. Comfortable rooms in the Art Nouveau style. There is coffee, tea, water in the room. Air conditioners work silently. The hotel has a pool with cool water, which is very refreshing in the heat. Several times a day there is a transfer from the hotel to the Dubai Mall. The reception staff is qualified. Quickly solve emerging issues. There is a Russian-speaking administrator. The breakfasts are good - the Swedish line.

Wonderful hotel: the interior is very stylish and modern. The rooms are good, there is a place to turn around. I was pleased to have a convenience store on the 1st floor and a heated swimming pool (it was quite cool when we arrived). There is a free underground parking, where there have always been free spaces.

A very cool hotel for its segment, there is a swimming pool and a gym. Convenient location, close to the metro. Helpful and responsive staff, and dade Sheikh-the owner is constantly hanging at the reception, ready to intervene to solve any problem!

Wonderful hotel! My husband and I really like the hotel itself and the staff!😍 everyone is insanely polite and attentive. We especially want to thank Ali - he is at the reception, knows Russian.
