Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel left only negative impressions. The main problems are related to the condition of the room: dirty laundry with hair from the guests, a mirror in the bathtub with a crack, a broken hair dryer. I noticed a layer of dust and dirt on the headboard of the bed — obviously insufficient cleaning or lack thereof, the same on the blinds in the bathroom. The smell of cigarettes was so strong that it was felt even after airing the room, creating discomfort and a feeling of unpleasant atmosphere. The walls were covered with dirt and stains, and the audibility was terrible — the noise from the neighboring rooms reached such an extent that it interfered with proper rest and sleep. The only advantage is the convenient location of the hotel — it is located right in the center of Tbilisi, which is ideal for walking. As well as pleasant and courteous staff. However, the living conditions require drastic improvements to meet at least the minimum standards.

We stayed at this hotel for the 5th time. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, and the staff is friendly. The breakfasts are delicious, the location is very convenient. Within walking distance of both attractions and tourist locations, the best exchange in the city near the metro.

Nice hotel! On the plus side: delicious breakfasts, bed linen was changed every other day! There is an elevator! There is a tea station in the room, hygiene supplies, and toothbrushes were given out every day! Breakfast is a buffet. Cheese, sausage, ham. Georgian cheeses. A very nice female chef! I made delicious zucchini and eggplant, interesting salads! Greens, vegetables, fruits, sausages, eggs in various forms, porridges, pizza, khachapuri, pastries! All the pastries are incomparable! Coffee is only instant. There is no cooler in the hotel, but 0.5 liters of water per person are provided every day. The manager or hostess of the hotel speaks Russian at the reception
