We called, booked, and agreed that we would arrive early, but we couldn't check in. There seem to be booking numbers, but only at 14:00 you can stop by, then why did you call, we agreed to drive from the airport. We do not recommend it! The service is lame.

The hotel itself is not bad, the staff is polite. But it's hard to find, it's a very difficult location.
