Royal burger I got here was below mediocre: stale buns, overdone meat patty with a funny smell, funny sauce with a ton of shredded cabbage. The egg was so overcooked that I couldn't even find the yolk.
When I called over our waitress to share my feedback, she gave me a ton of attitude. She was ridiculously rude and answered smth along these lines: "You have eaten all the meat and now you're saying that to me". That rudeness rendered me speechless. I just paid and left.

We found this place occasionally, but it was amazing stuff, delicious food, lovely interior, and we could watch our favourite Liverpool. Thank you so much for an awesome evening.

This is a legendary place in Minsk that is worth a visit. I've heard a lot about the breakfasts here, and those rumors turned out to be true.
Although it's a pub, it's nice to come here in the morning. Two spacious halls are decorated in classic English style. An atmosphere of coziness and comfort reigns here.
The service deserves special attention, relevant small-talk, which is quickly grasped by the staff and skillfully presented. Complete delight.
I ordered buckwheat bread with roast beef for breakfast, and my companions chose cheesecakes and hash browns with pate. The portions turned out to be very generous — it is simply impossible to leave here hungry.
The dishes tasted just as good as they looked.

A very pleasant place on Kiselyov Street, the price tag is above average, but the impressions and atmosphere of a British pub are worth it. There are many imported beers on the screens, the staff is well-trained and ready to unobtrusively give good recommendations for ordering food and drinks. There are halls for smokers and non-smokers. Of the hot ones, I can recommend pike perch fillets and beef dishes. The place is very interesting and worthy of attention.

But. For each used napkin, a waiter appeared, which was excessive and did not allow you to relax. This is not a question for the staff, but a question for the management who gives such an installation.
This is a personal feeling, maybe someone likes this behavior and is conditioned by something according to conditional Feng Shui 🤔
Personal waiting: an ashtray on the table, including for non-smokers, where used napkins can be stored, etc.

It's a great place! I don't even want to praise you, otherwise there won't be any free places. A good beer list, great dinners, an interesting main menu. The staff is always polite and friendly. One of the best places in Minsk of this format. The cook is almost a god) all the dishes are in the author's, often unexpected, but always delicious interpretation.

I look at the 5.0 rating, read the reviews, and can't figure out why I like this place. Yes, it's possible for men to have beer and snacks, but this is a bar, nothing more, the cuisine is very simple, the prices are average, but it's definitely not delicious. First of all, don't even consider it for breakfast / brunch, the coffee is terrible, there is no alternative milk, okay, let's move on- through the kitchen:I ordered pancakes with ricotta and cherries, and they brought me icy cold pancakes, excuse me? I called the waiter to clarify why they didn't warn me that the pancakes were served cold, and not warm in the classic version, and he started to be aggressive, saying, didn't you want to warn me that you wanted them warm? It's ricotta, all the dishes are served cold with it. It's a complete horror, instead of offering to solve this issue somehow, they would stupidly have offered to warm them up and that's it, the waiter proved to me that I don't understand anything about breakfasts, to give my arguments at least one place in Minsk where they serve cold pancakes with ricotta or cheesecakes with ricotta, I couldn't answer, I just left, super! As I understood it, the administrator noticed our dispute and told him to resolve the situation, after a couple of minutes the waiter came with an offer to cook cheesecakes for me, instead of pancakes. The issue was resolved, I waited for the warm cheesecakes and did not go hungry. The waiter thanked me and said we won't have any conflicts. But there is no desire to come here again. I couldn't assess how this place attracts residents, as there were a lot of people on Saturday afternoon. A dubious bar, I repeat, perhaps for a beer in the evening with friends, but not for a delicious breakfast or brunch on a day off.

I understand that this is a landmark place for many residents of Minsk.... but, friends, this is definitely not a 5 on several points:
First, the food. Maybe I was unlucky, of course, or the choice was wrong. I do not recommend fried cheese as much as possible. There is too much jam, on which cheese lies in too hard and overcooked breading, dried sweet potatoes. The burger was brought already cold ... the roasting of the cutlets was not specified.
Secondly, it is very strange that the "English" pub does not show the Russian derby! Apparently, sanctions)
Well, in the end, I was upset by the part of the pub where you can smoke ... just having such an area exactly on the way to the toilet already raises a lot of questions.
In general, the food is extremely mediocre, the beer is expensive, the service is developed and developed …

maybe it's because I'm a buzzer, but I didn't like the experience of visiting this place.
I didn't think this would happen, but the portions are too huge (for the appropriate cost))). it would be great to be able to order half as much food and as a result not give so much money for an uneaten half of the dish ... by the way, it was unrealistic to finish eating also because of the large amount of salt and fat. I understand the concept of the kitchen, but it was too much for my receptors.
the service was slow, sloppy and inconsiderate. it was thought that in an institution with a big name, a higher level of service would be expected.
although adults (the predominant audience) like the place. I don't blame you, but I won't come anymore!

The place as a whole is not bad. Two halls, one for smokers, the other for non-smokers.
In the smoking room, you can unintentionally "smoke" while going through it to the toilet. How they were able to make sure that the next room didn't even smell of smoke remains a mystery.
Meal. The portions are large, just take this into account. We were lucky that there were no soups and took only the second one, but we barely ate the second one.
The dishes taste different, some delicious, some not so good. But what surprised us, the visiting tourists, was that the potatoes were not tasty, in all their forms. And mashed potatoes and slices, they almost did not eat. Which is extremely strange for the Republic of Belarus.
Drinks. What is definitely worth trying there is mulled wine. Sooooo delicious and properly cooked.

We came here with a child of 2.5 years old, after passing the tests, the child was hungry and, fortunately for us, we chose food for longer than it was prepared for us.
While we were waiting, they brought us a drawing of a typewriter and pencils.
The casserole for the child is delicious, the most delicate, they served all the sauces separately, as I asked.
There is a non-smoking room, reasonable prices, and a beautiful interior for my taste.
Well, 5.0 out of so many reviews says something. Thank you and now this is our favorite place in Osmolovka

The menu (and on the website too, by the way) shows a -20% discount on weekdays at 12:00-16:00. But there is no discount, which is misleading and deception.
It's a good place to sit and chat.
The check is above average. The level of the institution does not reach the point of serving 0.5 water for 12 rubles.
For lunch, the salad was made of limp vegetables.
The staff scurry around looking for dirty dishes 10 times a minute.

But today, the chia pudding topping was made from sour milk. The waiter said she'd check in the kitchen. As a result, it turned out that "such a dressing" was proposed to be replaced with just a casserole. It was brought without chia to us and all the other guests as well. The kitchen leaves much to be desired. First of all, waiting on Friday evening: burgers and children's menu — 1 hour, schnitzel — more than an hour. The burger has a dry, salted cutlet, but it's all a little dry. Sauces are too thin. The schnitzel is difficult to spoil, but it was too salty in the center. The lemonade is delicious, and the rest of the drinks are excellent — a star for them.
I liked the work of the waiters, also a star.
Perhaps if we drank alcohol, we wouldn't feel negative about the kitchen.

We ordered burgers, a chicken set and a set of vegetable chips. The chicken was brought terrible. It was spoiled and poorly cooked. Of the 5 people who tried it, 5 said it was the worst thing they had eaten. The manager initially refused to make concessions, arguing that the cook's opinion about the quality of the dish. But then she returned the money anyway. The truth was mean. Just by taking the proceeds from the waiters' tips.
The rest of the dishes could be eaten, but it's definitely not worth going to this place for the sake of the kitchen.
On the contrary, the waiters are polite and friendly and do their job well.
In general, I do not recommend this place. In any fast food, you will enjoy eating more.

Drowning in the greenery of the Osmolovka, fate brought into the institution, well, according to external signs, far from the canons of the sought-after radical approach.
Excellent location, quiet green street, hidden almost in the heart of the capital, behind the theater.
Amazing streets where you can... You can find harmony with yourself.
Honey, this turnover is annoying, but the staff is sincere by Moscow standards.
Beer card, no revelations. Western brands, everything is expected.
But the kitchen, the most amazing thing about this trip, in a very typical, at least by appearance, institution, we managed to find very non-trivial dishes from the Mediterranean cuisine.

A good place, friendly, courteous staff, stylized English pub interior, branded beardekels and glasses corresponding to the ordered beer, a decent output of dishes, but:
• when ordering a burger, I asked to bring the one with tomatoes and pickled cucumbers, but there were no tomatoes in the offered burger with a lamb cutlet;
• along with the burger, I ordered tartare, which, being a cold snack, should be served first. But no, they probably forgot about it and served it after the reminder after the burger;
• the tartare, set aside slightly, was grabbed by the waiter with the question: "Have you finished?" and after answering: "well, since you took it, then yes!", he was returned to his original position with the statement: "I was just wondering";
• An unfinished glass of English stout was removed from the table without question by another waiter.
For such care, minus one star.
Otherwise, the place is great, I recommend you to visit!

I was here only once, two years ago, but I tasted one of the most delicious dishes in my life. The excellent atmosphere of the English pub, incredibly delicious food and a rich selection of beer will not leave anyone indifferent. The waiters are very polite and helpful and are always ready to pick up a drink for you. Yes, the prices bite a little, but it's worth going - you won't regret it!
