I filmed everything on video, when I turned off the video, they talked in a different way, accusing me along the way, allegedly there were mats from me. Not a word of apology, nothing was done. I don't understand what kind of people are hired for the position of manager. The manager said it happens every day. If the equipment is not working properly, why do they continue to serve people? The whole car, the ground around the pump and ourselves are all in gasoline. Later, the service manager got in touch and promised to sort it out. We will wait for the results.
