The hotel is ideal in terms of price and location. The last time I was at the charm resort, royal was just in the perfect location from the water and other iconic places that I had noticed for a long time. I chose between royal and lodge patong and did not regret choosing this hotel. Although the breakfasts were cooler at the lodge. Looking ahead to the fact that many people write that it will be better in threes, of course, because how will they attract potential guests?! I have been to a lot of places in Patong and there is something to compare it with (blue sky hotel, ibis, charm resort) Koh Samui (republic) 1. Price list. We took 14 days with a flight of 237 thousand - the delux number, which will be discussed below. They took it in 4 days, as lunar and andaman refused. There was no favorite charm. 2. Breakfast items. 8 points. I will not say that they are worse than in the other listed places, as this is a subjective perception of everyone. We are still those gluttonous people, and we did not leave hungry and not satisfied, and the range of ready meals is not great compared to, for example, charm resort. But the breakfast was delicious and satisfying. Simply put, the range is small but of high quality. Coffee. We're infernal coffee drinkers. 1.5 kg in 1 month. And yes, coffee is 120 Butts. We were ready and only laughed at this information. We drank instant coffee with pleasure. 3. The territory of the hotel. 10 points. Scattered and without dense buildings. The main building (3 floors) and bungs (1-2 floors) are located on the territory. Being with a campsite on Lake Baikal and seeing it from the commercial side, it is unclear to me how they earn against the background of other hotels, the territory is large and the room stock is small. The territory is very clean and well maintained.Lots of greenery and trees, cool, no one builds like this anymore! 4. Swimming pool. 10 points. Comfortable, from 1.4 to 2 meters deep. Clean, they deal with this issue every evening. Yes, the leaves are falling down and there's no getting away from it. You can go through with your alcohol. 5. The number. 9 points. We got a deluxe for 237 t.p., the cheapest is offered for 197 t.p. but it was not there, although the hotel is empty. 3rd floor. The balcony, which like many deluxe rooms is shared, is separated only by a wooden partition. The room itself is clean and authentic, similar to the Mexican-Chinese motives of the criminal cartel. Wooden veneer from the 90s and concrete, I liked how they came together in the same style. There is a dressing room, hangers. The shower and toilet in the photo look depressing, but in reality everything is much more comfortable, pleasant and not squeamish. - Mattress and pillows. Yes, they're tough, but I'm really into it, because I've slept on it before and it's generally useful! The hotel uses them because there is a category of fiends that are obscene. !!! THERE WERE NO CHINESE PEOPLE IN THE HOTEL. Accordingly, silence and cleanliness. Two stopped by, but they didn't seem to show their mentality. !!! 6. Security. Yes, she's under a big question here. Thais will not steal because they do not want to spoil their karma. But for example, the hook that closes the balcony sliding door can easily be opened from the balcony and climbing over from another balcony is not difficult, take a thin cable lock with you. 7. Good sports equipment in the gym. An order of magnitude better than in charm. You can perform basic exercises. 8. The hotel is not crowded, sometimes it seems that we are alone. 9. Cleanliness in the hotel. 10 out of 10 points. What would be the disadvantages of the hotel (room)? 1. A small refrigerator (the charm was larger, about 140-160 cm) and it is very convenient and practical. 2. There is no kitchen countertop with sink. 3. In the toilet and bathroom, part of the door consists of a wooden grate through which everything is clearly audible (but for me this is not a minus) 4. The smell from the sewer 5. Water pulsation. The accumulator bulb is broken or it needs to be pumped up. 6. There is no elevator. Teach if you're too lazy and it's hard to walk. Now the ROYAL PHAWADEE VILLAGE RESORT has been added to the list of hotels for consideration. And if possible, we will come back here again!

A lovely small hotel 2 steps from the sea. Very quiet and cozy. Nice spacious rooms, clean, the food is like in a restaurant. The air conditioner is quiet and works well. The Internet is flying. Very nice staff. They congratulated my husband and me very well. Happy birthday, it was a pleasure. If you like a quiet stay in the center of noisy Patong, I recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel in late March and early April 2025. The location is excellent. Very close to the sea, close to banglarode, but at the same time quite quiet. There are many places to eat nearby, several on 7/11, excellent massage. Now about the hotel: Breakfast - zero choice. Rice and noodles, noodles and rice. Sausage and cheese in a small plate in the fridge. In hotels with lower star rating, breakfasts are much better. There is a deposit at the hotel, which is refunded to you upon check-out, unless of course you decide to pick up your towels) a deposit of $ 100 or 3000 baht. They will be refunded in the currency that you left behind. The rooms. Upon check-in, we were delighted: we will check you into a junior suite, and you have a standard reservation! Junior suite... luxury there is a shower size and 2 sinks. There is no balcony. There is no window either. More precisely, there is a narrow strip at the door that opens onto the corridor. The hallway opens onto the street, and everything in the room is perfectly audible - cars, parties, and so on. When asked to replace the room with a standard one with a window (in the description on the official website: with a balcony), we were offered to pay an additional 60,000 rubles for the entire period of stay and improve the room. We didn't agree. We were also told that the standard rooms do not have a balcony. Then we were told that there were no available rooms at the hotel at all. After meeting with the guide, we were moved to a standard room with a balcony. Which turns out to be in it. Also, room cleaning is done only if you have left a "clean room" holder on the door. If you don't, they won't even give you water. Overall, the hotel is not bad, three. A green area. Cosy. The pool is clean.

Great hotel. We were vacationing with my wife and 2-year-old child. The hotel is styled like a Thai village. Small pool + children's pool. Polite and friendly staff, we took it with breakfast, but we only went a couple of times, the food is fine, you will not leave hungry. To the sea on foot 5 min. Although it is located in Patong near Bangla, there is no noise in the room. If we're going to go again, we'll definitely come here)

When staying twice there were problems with air conditioning and light. Moved to other rooms for the night. And at the same time they did not go to the meeting and took money for a late check-out.
