Nice hotel. Everything is in the room, the bed is comfortable, sleep well, quiet. Great location! Opposite the store, there are a lot of different restaurants, by the way, right opposite there is a cafe "hedgehog and oyster" very tasty seafood at very affordable prices.

The whole hotel is one big "problem" (with) the staff. Problems begin with the front door, the central revolving door does not work and there are no signs that it will not start spinning when you enter it. One of the elevators does not go to our floor, there is "just a problem". I always take a room with a bathroom on all trips, so here she and the whole bathroom are the worst in many years. The bathtub is leaking, there is really a puddle of water on the floor from it, I called the hotel staff, they looked at it, shone a flashlight, said "there is no problem" and left. The tub continued to leak. The shower is on the other side of the room, you can't take a shower in the bathtub, there's plenty of water on the floor, there's not even a shelf in the shower to put something on. In general, there is not a single surface in the entire bathroom where you can put things except the edges of the sink. The Internet does not work, there is Wi-Fi, the Internet is cut off after 5 minutes and you have to reconnect, so the most interesting thing is that there is not even data with a password for Wi-Fi in the room.

The hotel is on Vinnaya street. That's how guides write, as it turned out later. You will not have to sleep peacefully if you go outside. Bars and restaurants are open until late at night! The hotel itself is clean, in characteristic decoration and gold. The bed is huge and comfortable. The mini bar, as always, is priced three ways. There is no battery in the bathroom. Towels hardly dry overnight. And there was no splash screen in the bathroom. No curtains, nothing. But! The maids are wonderful! Cleaning every day. Towels are also fresh every day. The conday works loudly. But without it, the room is also great! Location, almost in the center of Yerevan. At the reception, the guys are young and all nice. It is possible to leave the suitcases in storage after you have left the room.

Because the police do not consider it a pocket, but believe that it is necessary to park along, and not like all the cars are there. And no one at the reception will warn you about this, will not ask you to move the car when the police have already arrived. Just in the morning, when you have to go, you will find that your car has been taken away from the hotel parking lot. And the hotel seems to be out of business.

(It doesn't depend on us). Excuse me. ok. ) They gave me a card , they didn 't take the suitcase , I found it myself , although it seems to be 4 stars , I found my room and the door doesn 't open . After the 5th time, a dissatisfied voice came from the Inside (who is there???) 😧 I went down to the bottom apologized, but they gave me a room (regular ) as they said, I slept. The next day they moved into a nice room in which the difference was a 30cm glass in the shower. Longer. It's just that the water in the shower splashes 10% less on the floor in the bathroom. ) that's all the comfort. After that, there is nothing edible in the bar. Now the cons. 1) the bed is the most uncomfortable I've slept on.
