A wonderful hotel! Excellent staff work, delicious breakfast with cold, hot dishes, fruits and desserts. The restaurant on the 7th floor offers panoramic views of Bursa. Clean, cozy rooms. SPA area — swimming pool with thermal water, sauna, hammam, Turkish steam room are included in the price, massage, beauty treatments for an additional fee.

NON-Thermal Non-Royal Hotel
Minuses: 1) in the name of the royal thermal hotel, the second word should be deleted. Upon arrival at the hotel, they inquired about the spa and thermal pool, to which they received the answer - closed, "out of season". There are no warnings about this on the hotel's website! If I had known about this, I would not have taken the hotel 100 percent, because it is worth overpaying for it only because of the thermal spa. Next, a day later (on May 3) we walked to the spa and found there a log of records for spa treatments with the last record of two clients on April 28. Was it the season then? And after 5 days it ended? In April of the previous year, there are entries in the booking reviews about the thermal pool. Apparently, there was a breakdown (?), but the staff decided to lie about the off-season. Immediately a huge minus for the hotel, I do not recommend it.
2) the lady at the reception, in response to the question of what they can offer for the wedding anniversary, pretended that she did not understand what we were talking about. When I wrote the same question through booking, they immediately began to understand and call the room. The funny thing is that the hotel eventually gave us a pathetic plate of fruit - sliced banana, apple, tangerine and kiwi, which definitely did not impoverish us. Why the lady at the reception ran into a negative review is unclear, the plate was definitely not worth it. Once again, I do not recommend the hotel, 4* should not behave like this
3) Very weak wifi.

I stayed because of business travel I've stayed in many hotels in Bursa before, but I can say the best is economical, clean, comfortable and the welcome is very good.... Jul.👍
