Buses rarely go one way and there are a lot of people in them all the time. In the evening, I did not get on this bus at all and plus traffic jams from the beach. I drove for 2 hours in the evening. There is also a need to repair at least one bathroom. The shower stall was in the bathroom and the door was almost torn out. Otherwise, everyone was fine, the cleaning was often even too often at the reception, too, kind and helpful people will always help. And once again about the location, it's not very comfortable. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the metro station. to the golden market station, or to the Bayanist Square station. It also takes 15-20 minutes, plus there are many restaurants and shops and cafes, but there are almost no Europeans there. The hotel is more or less normal, but I won't go there anymore. It's not convenient.

I didn't like the word hotel at all. The location is not convenient, the electric kettle did not work in the room, the hair dryer did not work, the walls were dirty, the furniture was old and in holes. I do not know what kind of renovation the hotel claims to have been renovated in 2024, I did not notice this renovation. I asked to be moved to another room, but they politely refused, as if there were no available rooms, although I know for sure that there were. I would not return to this hotel a second time, and I will not recommend it to others.

They took from TUI according to the "breakfast-dinner" program, as a result they received "breakfast-lunch", to their surprise, and practically did not use lunch. Breakfast is meager, lunch is not even a buffet, but a complex, like a business lunch and there is no choice at all. The "troika" is the "troika", and we didn't expect more...
