A great budget hotel that saw better days in the 90s. The location is great, the center, everything is nearby, but quiet. The breakfasts are continental, the pool is excellent, the rooms are a little tired, but with good furniture and excellent pastel linens. The cleaning is good, the water in the room is free every day, branded trifles are everywhere. It is clear that the hotel was very much loved by the owners. After the covid, there are only 5 floors of workers, the hall at the top of the view is closed, it's a pity, I hope it will open someday. On the plus side, there are no parquet floors, few Indians, but there are enough Gypsies from Eastern Europe who camp in the pool in the morning, and many elderly farangs. Overall, the hotel is quiet and cozy, which can be recommended to unassuming tourists. All rooms have sea views. There is no safe in the room, it is at the reception, the deposit is 1000 BAHT per check-in, they look at the booking card when paying so that it matches. Do not take rooms that are paired for families, otherwise you will hear everything as if the neighbors are nearby. If they give you one, refuse immediately.

It is located in the center of Pattaya on the 2nd street from the sea. Good rooms, a spacious reception room, you can drink coffee, there are safe deposit boxes, a nice clean pool with hydromassage, there are sun beds. The rooms have a balcony, we had a sea view. From the negative: a not very efficient person who also understands English poorly, asked to take a room in the morning since departure to the airport at 7-00, explained in the evening, said they would come at 6-50, did not come, called, did not come again, at 6-55 went down with things asked to give a deposit of 1000 baht, at 7-00 the guide came, they I was told that they were watching the room, at 7-05 they gave me a deposit. The food is so-so, you can really only eat eggs, amlet, frkuts, coffee, juice, the rest is rubbish, however, as in the Ambassador (Garden Wing). Its territory is limited by a swimming pool with sun beds, 1.5 blocks to the sea, the water in the center is not very clean, 15 minutes walk to the pier, 40 minutes by ferry and you are on Koh Lan island, the ferry price is 30 baht+30-40 baht on the island for a tuk-tuk. Not far from the hotel there is a night clothing market and the CenteRfestival shopping center, the largest shopping center Terminal 21, several tuk-tuk stops north along 2nd Street, prices are high.
