A very good hotel for a reasonable price. Good breakfasts are clean in the rooms. A nice pool, although the towers are no longer visible...They're building a skyscraper there. Cosmetic repairs are required a little bit- but this is not critical. Good location. The towers are a 20-minute walk away. Lots of greenery and quiet. The metro station is a minute's walk away. Attentive staff. I want to come back again.

Since our last stay, it has become worn and "ordinary". Since I am a supporter of this hotel, I would like the owners and staff to give it more time and attention in a competitive environment. It requires cosmetic repairs and more care.

The rooms are in terrible condition. The furniture is broken, the carpet is stained with dirty spots. Mud. A maximum of 3+, but not 5 stars. There are other hotels nearby that match their "stars"
