DECEPTION AND COMPLETE INDIFFERENCE! Do not work with this company! I want to share my extremely negative experience of interacting with this company. The decision to buy paving slabs from them was made after visiting their showroom in August, where we saw a high-quality coating and decided that a company that monitors its premises takes a responsible approach to business. How wrong we were! At the end of August, we signed a contract with them for the supply of paving slabs. At the insistence of Elena's manager, we made a 100% prepayment for the product, taking her assurances at her word. We were clearly and repeatedly promised that the tiles would be delivered to our site in the first half of October. We made our landscaping plans based on these deadlines. It's the end of October, and there are still no tiles! All deadlines have been disrupted. We have not received any calls with apologies or explanations of the situation. Attempts to contact Elena, the manager who handled our order, lead to nothing. She doesn't answer the phone, ignoring us completely. It seems that after receiving the money, the company simply forgot about its client.

We bought a tile two years ago. Accordingly, the tile has already survived two winters and looks like new! Now I have bought blocks for the fence of Factories, Onyx is the same color. They look great together. If you want a set of tiles + blocks of the same color, then I recommend contacting them. True, I waited a month for the blocks, but I am very happy with the final result.
