We arrived from Sochi to Sukhum for 1 day and were faced with the fact that we couldn't find accommodation here for a day. Only from 3 days or at an inflated price. Lucky that I could find this guest house! We did not find any disadvantages, only advantages.: - It's clear. And this is the most important thing in the hotel. -Neat renovation, everything is in the room. The bed is comfortable, with a topper. There is a TV, a small refrigerator, Internet. -Well-maintained territory, flowers, paths, gazebos, swimming pool. -The hosts are very pleasant and friendly people (Russians) - Adorable dogs! -Parking in the courtyard We think we will come again! According to the reviews on Yandex, we chose this guest house for our November mini-trip with children and were satisfied. The house is located in a quiet area, away from the big streets, so nothing disturbed our sleep. Birds sing in the morning. There is a clean, warm swimming pool on site. It was nice to swim in it when it got cool in the evening. The room is also clean. The beds, mattresses and pillows are comfortable. There was a heater in the room, so it was warm to sleep. There are cozy places to relax in the courtyard with swings and tables, we drank tea with churchkhela and ate local fruits there. We walked 20-30 minutes to the market. We also walked along the embankment to the center and back, at a leisurely pace for about an hour, without getting tired. For those who like a quiet, eco-friendly, budget vacation at a decent level, we recommend this place.

I love the nature of Abkhazia, this is of course its feature. The guest house left pleasant impressions, good hosts, a big plus is the presence of a swimming pool, it is heated, it is very convenient when the sea is already cool. Overall, the trip was a success, and it was interesting for me to get to know the city. Friendly hostess. The room was ready for my arrival. The room is not cramped, very cozy. Everything you need is available in the room. There is an equipped kitchen and dishes for cooking. We had a family vacation in late September and early November. In a two-room suite. The guest house is cozy. For those who travel out of season: the heated pool is open 24 hours. Without restrictions. It's just incredible! Children and adults are thrilled. I love this guest house. I booked a room there many years ago, and I try to go there all the time. The feeling is already that you are going, if not to relatives, then to people close in spirit. Progress is evident every year. Oleg and Lena are trying, they devote a lot of time and effort to the arrangement of the guest house. Previously, only the rose garden was amazing, and now there is a swimming pool in which you can swim all year round, and parking spaces have increased, and rooms have become more comfortable to live in, although it is a pity that the economy segment has gone completely. Is the gazebo new? A very fabulous place. Some of the vacationers complain about the distance from the sea, but for others, including me, this is not a minus, but an additional opportunity to move around and keep fit. For those who like to complain later, a tip:complain immediately, at the moment-not to the owners, but to the maid, who is always on the spot, your inconveniences will certainly be eliminated. Well, unless you ask for bird's milk. There is a kitchen. There are enough dishes for every taste (unless you persistently take it to the rooms and leave it there). The market is also nearby, as are the shops.Lena, Oleg, everything is clear with you. But I know that you will make it even clearer. Otherwise, you just can't.

We rested in the house of Rosa, 2 adults and 2 children, the room was on the 2nd floor with a balcony, which on the one hand gave a feeling of privacy, on the other you can see the whole courtyard and surroundings) We initially chose this guest house because of the pool, it's just a huge fat one + in the rain, it's cold, after an excursion you won't go to the sea, but here the water is transparent and warm. The room is clean, 2 kitchens per complex, there are plenty of dishes and refrigerators. Adorable dogs. The owners are not intrusive, but if they are needed, there is always someone in Lena's place or Oleg. - they will tell you everything, tell you, help you. I liked everything, especially the roses / a real rose garden grown with love.🌹I wish you prosperity, development and adequate guests😊🤝

Nice cozy hotel. The cool pool is always warm, a barbecue area for kebabs and a kitchen. We had a rest with mom and daughter. The room is on the second floor with a separate entrance. Lena even gave me shampoo on the first day, as we were flying with hand luggage and did not take shampoo with us. I liked everything. About dirty rooms and not customer-oriented hosts - lies and nonsense! I have been vacationing here every year since 2017. The house is only growing and improving! The owners put all their efforts into this house and you can see it right away! Now each room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, refrigerator and TV. There are very comfortable cozy gazebos and a heated swimming pool in the courtyard!!!

Beautiful garden, very cozy, but it was a little difficult for me to pass, the jacket clung to the spikes and broke a little, but these are small things. 3. Now about the cons, we got a room with very small windows, the mattress is dusty under the topper, the bed is dusty below, I wouldn't have known about it if I hadn't heard rustling at night, I assume it was a mouse, since light objects fell on the floor 3 times. Mouse poop, cleaned in the afternoon, appeared in the morning. I informed Oleg about this, and they gave me an answer: "We'll see." The whole garden is packed with cars. It's a strange feeling, they wanted to extend it to 15, but decided to leave. P.S. Maybe the mouse is stray, I haven't seen it, but we'll find out from a thousand updated ones.

We rested in this wonderful Rose house with the whole family in September 2024. The room is spacious (there were 2 adults and 2 children),clean, with all amenities (toilet, shower) everything works fine. Air conditioning 👍wonderful warm pool, amazing garden🌹 The hosts are the kindest and always ready to help people on any issue and at any time. God grant these people (Elena and Oleg) good health 🙏 We travel a lot, but this place (house, garden and most importantly people) has sunk into the soul. We were sent outside in a foreign country, but it turns out that the hostess is on vacation and forgot to look at the booking sites. Of course, they offered to wait for money from Yandex and very politely asked to go where the eyes are looking. No one even bothered to help with finding another place to stay. They said, oh, sorry, it's a glitch. I highly do not recommend this accommodation, do not spoil your vacation.

We had a standard room, stayed for 2 nights. What didn't you like: 1) very old springy mattresses (when you lie down you feel springs and it is extremely unpleasant), very old pillows like a lump. 2) noisy air conditioner, plus they don't wash it, it was covered in dust rags upon arrival 3) there are no mosquito nets on the windows, so there were already insects in the room. 4) the entire guest house (11 rooms) has only two small kitchens and three normal tables to eat. 5) not the most advantageous location (it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to normal beaches), as well as to the embankments. P.S. we stopped in August 2022, maybe something has changed since then.

We lived in a double room in the second decade of April. The friendly hosts met, opened the gates to the courtyard for cars, and ... A beautiful view of the garden, planted with roses, a small swimming pool, warm and two cute sharpeys opened to the eye. The bed is wide, the mattresses are not sagged (they are quite comfortable for my problem back). Sound insulation-(neighbors, the young couple did not hear at all) is good. Ten minutes walk from the market,, inexpensive dining room, (although there is a kitchen in the hotel))embankment. We won't even look for another place, we'll spend our next vacation here. A beautiful and cozy guest house. Pleasant hosts Lena and Oleg. I was with the children for the first time. We rested for 8 days in early May. It was not possible to swim in the sea, but you can swim in the heated pool in any weather and time. You can't get the children out of the pool. We have seen many beautiful places. We visited Sukhumi market (not far from home). We tried various local dishes (there are budget canteens), and cooked in a large kitchen, where there is everything for cooking. A large garden with roses near the house. It's cozy and beautiful. I recommend this holiday home. I really liked it with the kids. Thank them very much.

The rooms are very damp, the room is not dried or ventilated. The windows are always wet from dampness. There are a lot of different insects on the floor in the room, small ants, cockroaches, jumping and crawling insects. I was scared of huge frogs many times, they jumped into the room and sat under the door, it was very scary and disgusting. All the things in the suitcases became damp and had an unpleasant smell, insects crawled into things a lot, it's disgusting. There are no hooks anywhere in the room, not even a towel to hang on. There is not even salt in the communal kitchen. All the tourists asked each other for salt, the owners did not even provide the kitchen with it. Being in such rooms is unbearable and disgusting. Of the advantages, only the pool, and then only for those who like to swim in the open air. There are a lot of roses blooming in the fence, it's beautiful.

After a day of adventures, tired, but happy, relaxed in it from the heart. We arrived to check in earlier, but the staff went to a meeting and after 30 minutes we were in the room. A clean room, fresh bed linen, a comfortable bathroom, a small kitchen area (I do not argue), but everyone gets up at different times, you can adjust. We stopped for two days after returning from a hike. Considering the New Year's excitement, we were very glad that the owners found the opportunity to accommodate 8 people without prior reservation and promptly prepared the rooms.
